As a result, I got a completely different option. I immediately said that the result did not match the query, but I was actually ignored — the answer was in the style of "wash your hair — it will be like in the photo." I contacted the administrator — there was no reaction to the complaint either, only a formal farewell. I am very disappointed with the quality of the work and the attitude towards the client. I was in this salon on Thursday, August 22, 2024, a manicure and pedicure were done, I got there purely passing through. The service was provided by a nice girl, I will not voice the name. However, the quality of the work turned out to be the worst in my life. I calmly wear long nails for a month, but here, literally 3 days later on Sunday, the nail on my little finger broke. I arrived at the salon, there were no free craftsmen who could fix the nail, and I have a plane that day. I demanded that you either fix it or return the money, since there will not be the same color in another salon, respectively, you need to remove the entire gel polish. After long negotiations with the administrator, they still called my master and redid my nail. In the photo you can note the quality of the alteration, I am not a picky person, as they did so, thanks to the master for coming out. Today is Monday, the 4th day since the manicure and the nail broke again, how is this possible and what was done to my nails, I do not know, I'm just afraid to lose them already. Tomorrow I signed up for another salon to remove this gel polish and redo it, I hope my nails will save me Nothing personal, the girl was really positive, but the quality of the work is disgusting
