As a result, I got a completely different option. I immediately said that the result did not match the query, but I was actually ignored — the answer was in the style of "wash your hair — it will be like in the photo." I contacted the administrator — there was no reaction to the complaint either, only a formal farewell. I am very disappointed with the quality of the work and the attitude towards the client. Unfortunately, I can't go back or recommend the salon. The attached photo shows what I wanted and what I got, it's terrible! Stylist - Gulnar I strongly advise against it!
