Terrible airline. We bought tickets for half a year on the St. Petersburg - Irkutsk - Beijing route for 52 thousand rubles for two people. The departure date arrives and we start receiving text messages that the flight from St. Petersburg to Irkutsk is being delayed due to weather conditions (snowstorm), upon arrival we did not see any consequences of the snowstorm, but okay, the transfer to Irkutsk on the next plane is 2 hours, also on the S7 plane, which is also slightly delayed. As a result, the first flight was delayed for 5 hours and upon arrival we were greeted by balalaika, who happily informed us that our second plane had left 1.5 hours ago, Karl, for only 1.5 hours, which they did not bother to delay, and therefore they offered us an option: FLY TO NOVOSIBIRSK AND HANG OUT THERE FOR A TOTAL OF 3 DAYS UNTIL THE NEXT PLANE TO BEIJING. The extent of how we fucking imagined it? 3rd day, Carl. It was -12 in Novosibirsk at the time, when we flew to Beijing, where it was +22, depending on the clothes we were wearing. Of course, they agreed to provide us with hotels. When we said that this option was not suitable for us, and let them look for other options - for example, transfer to other flights (which were) of another airline (their staff confirmed that such a practice exists), we were told "THERE are NO SUCH OPTIONS." In this regard, 16 people are stuck in Irkutsk either for 3 days, or buy new tickets yourself. We chose the second option, which cost us 80 thousand rubles! We lost a day of our vacation and 80k rubles. For the refund of tickets for the failed flight from 52k, the company decided to return 8k to us, clowns. As a result, we are filing an official complaint with all our expenses, and we will file a lawsuit. I won't be flying anywhere else with this airline.
