The hotel made an exceptionally positive impression on me. From the moment of arrival, I felt the atmosphere of warm hospitality: The staff greeted me with a sincere smile and were ready to answer all questions.
One of the main advantages of this establishment is its location in an incredibly green place surrounded by picturesque trees. Nature creates a unique atmosphere of tranquility and harmony, and the beautiful views from the windows are really impressive.
The service was at a high level: the staff is attentive to details and always ready to help. The room was not only comfortable, but also carefully prepared, which created a feeling of comfort and care.
In addition, it is worth noting the excellent quality of the services offered, including breakfast, which was varied and delicious.
Overall, my stay at this hotel exceeded all expectations, and I was more than satisfied. I recommend this place to anyone who appreciates the high level of service, beautiful natural views and sincere attitude towards their guests!

Clean and beautiful rooms, clean well, delicious breakfasts, reception helps with difficulties. I really liked it! Of the cons, there are few places nearby where you can walk, you need to go to the center (it's not far), there were problems with water pressure on the 4th floor.

We visited this place for the sake of the pool. One of the most expensive pools in the city! ☝🏼 adult entrance is 20 thousand, children's entrance is 10 thousand. What did I get for this money?
Pros: a separate gazebo with comfortable sofas, a fairly large and almost empty pool of acceptable temperature, a large, cool shower room with a hairdryer! ☝🏼
Cons: there is no hot water in the shower. For 20 thousand, I have to go home in bleach to wash. There is a lifeguard supervisor sitting by the pool, who exclusively provides towels and sun beds. He doesn't know the answers to all the other questions. Should there be hot water in the shower? What is the depth of the pool? And this is important. I was with a one-year-old child. My height is 170 cm. As it turned out later, in one part of the pool on my toes, I was able to walk with him, closer to the bar, where we were originally, 20 centimeters deeper. Fortunately, there was a side at a comfortable height around the perimeter, we were able to swim at least that way. As soon as the sun went behind a cloud, the water in the pool seemed cool (but this is for an amateur). The waiter surprised me. I asked for a glass of boiling water for the baby, he brought it in a glass cup for cold drinks 😕 boiling water!
For dessert... there are shards in the umbrella rack. And I have a one-year-old inquisitive kid who already walks by himself! ☝🏼
In general, the impressions are ambiguous .., special for such money.

Nice hotel. Breakfasts are so normal. It could have been done better, I think. The rooms are clean and fresh. there are all the accessories. The pillows are hard. Tip to the hotel: make the 1st soft, the 2nd hard. At the customer's choice. It's going to be great. The staff is helpful.

The check-in started at the reception. Everything is terribly slow. There were three employees at the counters, and they were all enthusiastically helping one group of tourists from China figure out where the store was on the map.
Early check-in is not possible. Well, or only if the stars converge. He asked me to clarify if any room could be cleaned faster - it was impossible, all the maids were supposedly busy. At the same time, the "busy maids" were happily wagging their tongues nearby at the reception.
The room is spacious, it has a lot of small things. But there's no ironing board, and the mini fridge wasn't working. The room is spacious, facing the street. I can't hear the neighbors
The bathroom has a musty or damp smell. Not strong, but tangible
The main horror is breakfast. If it were possible to give -5 stars, I wouldn't even think about it. I went down at 9 and found some yogurts out of the food. Everything else is either over..or it didn't exist. The next day I confirmed it - it wasn't. There is one poor coffee machine, boiled eggs, blue sliced ham, like an omelet at 7.50, also apparently over.

The hotel is pleasant and comfortable enough. But not without jokes: When we stopped by the room closer to midnight, it turned out that it had not been cleaned yet. A very strange solution with a shower, a direct exit from which is literally immediately into the corridor, if someone takes a shower, then it is simply impossible to go out into the corridor. Tomorrow by the middle, you can walk to the pier, quite close. Unfortunately, the spa pool was not working during our visit.

I recently stayed at this hotel, and unfortunately my experience leaves much to be desired. The price is clearly too high, and the hotel does not even pull 2 stars.
I was checked into a standard room for 120 euros per night. The room had a terrible smell of rottenness and mustiness, and the air conditioning system was not working properly. After complaining, I was moved to another room, where the window was broken, which did not open, and the air conditioner was noisy and creaked so much that I could not sleep all night.
The next day, by 17:00, the room had not been cleaned, and the promised repair of the window had not been carried out.
Breakfast was very meager. A salad bar, two types of sausage, two types of cheese, two types of sausages, and not a single type of fish. The eggs were in the form of an omelet made of powdered melange. Nothing is signed for breakfast, and to find coffee, you need to guess which coffee pot it is in. There is no coffee machine, and the juices are packaged. The breakfast tables are all covered in crumbs, the waiters are not watching either the hall or the guests.
Obviously, the hotel has big problems with management and the general service system.
For comparison, my colleague stayed at the Ibis chain hotel in the same city, where everything is much better, cleaner and more pleasant, at a price of only 68 euros per night.
I have three more business trips to Alma-Ata ahead of me, but in no case will I stay at this hotel again.

I had a chance to visit this wonderful Hotel at Nauryz Fest! Excellent location of the hotel, you can get both by taxi and walk to Al-Farabi. Parking around the perimeter of the hotel, silent large elevators, fairly clean and courteous staff. I envy the guests of this hotel, waking up to enjoy the silence and fresh clean air, with the beautiful scenery of our Almaty mountains!

There are no doors in the bathroom!! Neither in the shower, nor in the room itself - it's cold to wash, and besides, if suddenly someone opens the door, everything is visible!!
But there is a heated towel rail, cleanliness is a relative concept, so for example Some lump of someone's wool was in my room for 3 days, and the towels were all taken away and they didn't bring it - I had to use one.

I recommend this hotel to everyone! Very good location, quiet peaceful place with clean air, closer to the mountains, at the same time to the airport ~ 20-25 minutes without traffic jams. Very friendly staff at the reception, always ready to help, the rooms are bright, spacious, more than 30 m. Wifi is fast, catches everywhere. The room has a floor-to-ceiling window. I had a view of the ski jump and the hotel's outdoor pool. The view is amazing. I also want to praise the restaurant for the perfect rib eye made from aged meat)) A large selection of beer (it seems more than 10 varieties of draft beer). I liked the dark Belgian one especially. The service is excellent.
In the immediate vicinity there is a large modern fitness center: fitness equipment, swimming pool, boxing, sauna, massage, etc.
