I stayed in a standard room with twin beds. Hot water doesn’t warm up at all and water doesn’t go down the drain - it pools on the shower floor and overflows onto the whole bathroom floor. My feet were freezing from standing in cold water while I washed my hair in cold water. Miserable experience.
The room itself is very small, does not have black-out drapes or good soundproofing of the door.

Good time of day. We stayed at this hotel. We took two rooms. One is on the fifth floor, the other is on the fourth floor. The hotel is large and beautiful. Probably the most eye-catching. Excellent location, within walking distance of the historical center.
The staff is terribly nice!!!
Rooms. They're just huge. The beds are comfortable. Not everything was there, for example, bathrobes, but they asked for it, they brought it right away.
But in one room, on the fourth floor, there was barely warm water in the shower. With that, everything is OK on the fifth floor.
The rooms were cleaned every day.
The breakfast is very good. Tables are constantly full. This is strictly monitored.
The hotel has a spa. But only the pool is free. And baths for as much as 100,000 soums per hour per person!!!!! In addition, the baths are separate.... We swam only in the indoor pool. Very warm and big.
In general, I take off one star for paid and expensive baths and water pressure in one of the rooms.
And I recommend it!!

4 stars, why does it go like three on Yandex maps??? The pool is heated moderately, the depth is 170 bleach is not taken into account!!!! 25-30 meters of irregular shape. There is a round 5 meters deep from 60 to 40. Heated. And the street is about the same. With a bar and sun loungers.the service is excellent. But sometimes you need to make clarifications))))breakfast... It is meager, there are no desserts.an excess of staff loitering or staring. We came, the table was not cleaned, no one came to him. The manager has no idea about the organization.... There is football under the flag of fifa, the delegation..and such....dissonance is an application for five stars and the organization for 2!! The amazing thing is that in Uzbekistan the food is really delicious, but here probably a foreigner is the manager. The guests are English, Koreans, Italians, Brazilians, Russian speakers, Kazakhs.. The bars are expensive in foy on the street by the pool. Spa massage. That is, the set is impressive, the execution is so-so.

Never offer Zahid Zaravshan Hotel in Bukhara to anyone! I understand that as many people as there are opinions, so I will try to give only the facts.
1. The air conditioner is not working. The master who came, after several calls to the reception (by the way, the plumber, according to him) first tried to teach us how to use the air conditioner), then said that in winter (!!!) the air conditioner only works on "heating" and suggested sleeping with the window open. It is +30° in Bukhara and October, even in Russia it is not winter.
2. The refrigerator is not working. The same master plumber said that it was broken, probably he thought that we were stupid, we did not understand this)). They refused to replace the refrigerator. I'm not a fan of "working refrigerators" and if it weren't for one "but", we just wouldn't have noticed it. Taking advantage of the trip, I bought medicines in Uzbekistan that are no longer supplied to Russia, and they require storage at a temperature of no more than +8 °.
3. Uzbek know-how, electric sockets in the bed. The request to move the bed or change the room was categorically refused.

Отличный отель. Прекрасное место расположения. В отеле есть полноценный СПА комплекс с теплым бассейном внутри и летним на улице. Но нужно иметь в виду, что посещение сауны, хамама и соляной комнаты за отдельную плату.
Завтраки на 8 этаже хорошие, много всего, при вас готовят яичницу или омлет, на выбор.
Главному ресторану на первом этаже хотелось бы пожелать вырастить более расторопный персонал, а на кухне завести побольше поваров, так как ждать 40 минут, чтобы принесли хотя бы закуски и напитки, это верх совершенства в пофигизме. Но управляющему ресторана респект, он смог ситуацию выправить.

To open the room and put clean things. There are two bars in the lobby. But not everything is on the menu.
The rooms are large. Everything is clean, the beds are comfortable. But the windows are whistling and the noise from the street is correspondingly in your room. The technician does not know how to regulate them))).

Do not stay at this hotel in any case!!! There is nothing next to a 4-star night hotel, except for the price, which is very high relative to the conditions and service that are provided.
They collect disgusting breakfasts, even tortillas and bread that feel like a week old, or breakfast from all their restaurants where weddings and banquets are held, from what is left.
The pools and spa area are disgusting, dirty and tired. The same condition of the rooms.
The hotel itself is located far from all the attractions and the vibe of tourist life.
All restaurants from the hotel serve food from the microwave, or cook it so badly.
Choose hotels in the old town, and prices will be lower, conditions will be better and you can reach any attractions on foot.

Обслуживание сильно зависит от смены у персонала, есть отличные а есть плохие, тут рулетка
Завтрак бомба, есть зерновой кофе
Номера хорошие
Бассейн удобный
Тренажерка слабая и вся расшатана кроме велосипеда и дорожки, за ней явно не следят
Чистота отличная
Местоположение супер
Есть даже ночной клуб в подвале, большая кальянная, рядом с отелем отличный магазин со столичными товарами, даже стики айкос в наличии
Единственный крупный минус - нельзя курить на территории отеля, вот прям нигде, надо топать к Холлу и у двери-карусели на скамейках покурить

Minuses. The room is heated by a chiller. The room was very cold. I turned on the chiller but did not achieve a comfortable temperature until the morning. A very small shower cabin. The screen constantly sticks to the body and causes discomfort. I turned on the TV and it didn't show anything. I didn't call, I was tired and went to bed.

I have one question: who gave this hotel the stars?!? It's good that we managed to spend one night! A double suite was booked and paid for. Upon check-in, they demanded payment again, during the trial they saw that the room was still paid in advance. You can write endlessly about the number itself!The claimed mini-bar consisted of two plastic bottles of water, two tea bags and ONE sugar bag, the refrigerator was empty! THAT'S IT!!! The air in the room is so stale that I wanted to ventilate. And then another surprise awaited: taking hold of the window handle, she remained in her hand! It's the same story with the second window! If you turn on the air conditioner, the noise in the room is like a jet engine. It's even more fun in the bathroom: you're afraid to hang things on the towel rail, it's attached to some pins and moves away from the wall. But if you want to take a shower from the road at one o'clock in the morning (the time of our check-in), then it will be very cold and invigorating! I didn't have the strength to deal with the staff and ask for something, we washed with cold water and went to bed (at 12:00 we already have to vacate the room, we didn't forget to call the reception at 11:40 and remind them about the eviction) . I don't know who praises the breakfasts, they are nothing! Where's the coffee?!? In a thermos??? There are three thermos flasks with inscriptions: hot water, coffee, tea!!! We ate cold oatmeal and left. I wanted to run away from this hotel without looking back and NEVER come back to it again! It was a huge disadvantage of our stay in Bukhara

Последние несколько раз я был в этой гостинице и обедал там в ресторане, гостиница после реконструкции стала очень привлекательной, хорышый интерьер, цена
средняя , номера уютные и и комфортные хоть и некоторые из них тесные маленькие из-за того что туда поставили две кровати, где должен быть один.если посмотреть глазами эксперта конечно можно найти очень много не достатка, таких как, в номерах сан узел для мусульман беде без горячей воды подмываться придется холодной водой, это очень не приятно, хотя гостиница позиционирует себя как для мусульман. Заметно что в некоторых номерах мебель наяинает портится не сильно но местами заметно, и администрация гостинице не обращает на это внимание , и ещё в гостинице очень сильно храмает сервис. А вресторане её вообще нет, сервис в ресторане просто ноль. Да мы были там не в сезон но не смотря на это в гостинице было не мало останавливаюших, и в ресторане в это время я заметил что напыленные приборы сервировки на столах. И обслуживающий персонал просто делетанты. Наверно никогда не слышали что такой сервис. На ресепшене обслуживают очень долго, несмотря на то что номера были забронированны за несколько часов до приезда гостей, они уточняют готовность номеров у Хаус кипинг только тогда когда гости стоят уже у ресепшн, и ждут когда же они заселят их в конце концов.сантехгик ходит по 0олу гостиницы как без униформы как будто он хозяин гостины, но выглядел он не так уж опрятно. Могу сказать в целом гостиница не плохая, и могу порекомендовать ее. Надеюсь что администрация гостиницы обратит внимание на эти отзывы и исправит свои недостатки .

Отличный, большой отель, в удобном местоположении)
Номера не большие, есть несколько минусов, например дверь входная не доходит до пола и слышно все что происходит в коридоре. Кнопки не беспокоить и уборка не работают.
Окна первого этажа выходят в стену(
Но есть и плюсы, например отличный выбор на завтраках, который проходит на 8 этаже с большими панорамамными окнами
Сами номера чистые и уютные, очень приятное освещение, удобный выход в интернет с телевизора)

Прекрасное место, встречали новый 2023 год в ресторане внизу. Хочу выразить огромную благодарность всему персоналу за организацию такого чудесного отдыха. Весь персонал подходит к своим обязанностям профессионально, официанты были вежливы и заботливы. Огромное спасибо поварам за банкетный стол, все было так вкусно и изобильно. Было весело, зажигательная и живая музыка и фольклерные танцы. У меня остались очень приятные воспоминания, всем очень рекомендую это место.

Гостиница хорошая. Есть прекрасный летний и зимний бассейн- что при постоянной жаре просто необходимая опция. По стандартам отель конечно не дотягивает - плохо убираются, кофе на завтрак просто отвратителен, при сдаче номера позорно ждешь пока все проверят. По телефону из номера нельзя позвонить в город для бронирования столика например. Местный ресторан и ресторан рядом не очень - в меню нет многих блюд и алкоголя. Могут принести что-то с неожиданной ценой. Спасает магазин совсем рядом - там есть все необходимое. Но хочу отметить персонал - стараются угодить и нам повысили бесплатно категорию номера.

Этот отель сделал мой отпуск - Дубай на минималках , моря только нет, но зона бассейна выше всяких похвал) цены очень приятные , качество - восторг. Номер классный , кровать - топ, огромная , матрас идеальный , лучше чем в отелях four seasons . Завтраки домашние - блинчики, оладушки , домашние очень варёнье, фруктики, именно домашняя , а не порошковая отельная еда! Персонал в основном молодой , в отеле молодая свежая энергия )) все очень стараются . На бассейне включали музыку как в Nikki beach , можно ставить свою, кальяны, фрукты , пиво, закуски, шашлыки, красивая подача, давно не получала такого удовольствия, еще и когда пересчитала на рубли , то была в еще более приятном шоке) не хотелось уезжать - вернусь еще)

Легендарная гостиница где останавливался В.С.Высоцкий, пересмотрели там фильм «спасибо что живой» .. очень хороший отель с классным бассейном, рестораном, персоналом и жару не особо ощутили и.к номера огромные и работает система кондишина

Достоинсива "GARTEN":
Очень симпатичное место, прекрасный интерьер, мелодичная живая музыка, талантливый скрипач, вкусная кухня.
Недостатки:
Обслуживающий персонал надо немного подучить, надо поработать над барной картой (скудный ассортимент алкоголя с демократичной ценой, в частности коньяк всего двух марок, и те очень дорогие)

The hall requires the attention of a person with a design mindset. Setting up ugly tubs with plants and tightening the glass roof with burlap is not the best idea. The room is checked upon check-in. Although there is no minibar or anything that can be used and requires payment. Or do you think I'm going to steal a towel? It looks like an element of a medium-sized hotel with strange management, and not a hotel claiming such a status and for such a price (in dollars!) like this one. At the same time, there are no questions about the rooms themselves, except for the sound insulation of the entrance door. Literally everything can be heard and this interferes with rest, something must also be done for a hotel with such a high positioning.

Приехал на командировку, мне понравилось, а отели чисто, каждый день убираются как положено, на завтрак шведский стол, в комнате есть:

Все как надо. Отзывчивые и вежливые сотрудники, первые дни помогали мне с такси и советовали какие места посетить. Расположен в удобном месте города, все достопримечательности находится не далеко от отеля. В последний день когда возникли проблемы с обратным билетом, сотрудники отеля мне помогли и даже бесплатно отвезли до вокзала и помогли приобрести мне билет.
