Very good location, near a park in solid shade, cozy and delicious cafes in the shade with a large playground for children. The sea is 5 minutes away in the shade. Spacious apartments. The kitchen has everything you need, at a minimum. Air conditioning is only in the parent's bedroom. It doesn't work well in the living room, it doesn't work in the nursery. The bed in the nursery sucks. The door to the balcony is not locked and the 1st floor. The address is not specified exactly on the resources and the owner is not a contact. Random passers-by and neighbors helped to find it. But for our company, all the disadvantages turned out to be not critical. The location decided everything. And there are a lot of cats around.
