We had a family vacation in this hotel on 07/17/2022 for 11 days, we didn't expect a three-star rating, although I would give 5 stars, everyone is kind, helpful, prompt, call a taxi, cleaning daily, change of towels every 2 days, bed every 3 days, pleasantly surprised by the white waffle mats in the room, the safe in the room is free, on the each floor has a cooler, cold hot water, toilet paper in the bathroom,, white,, soap, paste and toothbrush, shampoo, conditioner, new probes every day, hair dryer, the only negative is the shower curtain sticks to the body and stinks when wet, running in the bathroom, you can use the ironing board and iron for free, in the room clothes dryer, you can have your laundry washed for 400 rubles, the lobby is always clean and smells nice, we lived on the second floor, we could see a little bit of the sea, live music is played every evening in the hotel, you can't hear in the room if you close the balcony door, there is air conditioning, three minutes to the sea, we were satisfied, thank you for hospitality.

The hotel is modern, there is an elevator. The hotel is located on the edge of Sukhum. The water pressure in the shower is weak. Of the soap accessories in the room, only shampoo and soap. If you need gel, take it with you. There is a cooler on the floors. There are 2 cups, 2 plates and 2 spoons in the room. Beautiful view from only one side. The balcony is small.

Definitely a great hotel!! Very clean!! and I was pleased that such a small hotel has an elevator!! the rooms have large comfortable beds, clean, cozy, but since we arrived in November, the rooms were damp, the air conditioner did not have time to dry the room. When you leave the room, you take out the key card, the light in the room goes out and, accordingly, the air conditioners turn off.. dampness is the only negative. A huge PLUS for me is the daily cleaning!! a huge thank you for this!) The rooms have small refrigerators, hair dryer, TV, air conditioner, folding dryer, large wardrobe with hangers, slippers, bathrobes can also be requested) There is an ATM in the lobby and a large refrigerator with drinks for sale. Very attentive staff, made contact with a smile, listened to all our wishes and requirements!) and there were a lot of us 43 people) Personally, we lived on the 3rd floor and our wonderful little balcony had a view of the sea))) There are shops on both sides of the hotel, and a fruit stand. It takes literally 4-5 minutes to walk to the sea, to the embankment and the square. We did not eat at the hotel itself, as the cafe in the hotel closes during the cold seasons. But it wasn't a problem for us. The waterfront is full of great cafes) Unfortunately, I didn't take a photo... I'll have to come visit again!😉
