The impression is excellent. I often stay at this hotel for work or personal reasons. Excellent price/quality ratio. The room has everything, the room is fresh, clean, and cozy. There is a cooler on each floor. Closed parking for 5 cars. Very friendly administrators. The embankment and the sea are 3 minutes on foot. Sukhumi market 5 min walk.

I stayed at the hotel for 6 nights in mid-October. Very comfortable room, clean, everything you need is there, the air conditioner was working properly. I felt comfortable in it. Cleaning was carried out regularly on demand and very quickly. The administrators were friendly, provided the necessary information, and helped to book excursions. Only the cafe in the hotel was not working. Kettles are not allowed in the rooms, but there is a cooler with hot water in the lobby. Towels are changed every three days, bed linen is changed every five days. Cleaning - daily if required. A small disadvantage was that the room (103) was located at the very entrance, and therefore negotiations of other guests were often heard. And the pressure in the soul is weak, but for me personally it was not very important. In general, there was an extremely good impression of living here. I can recommend this hotel.

A magnificent hotel almost on the beach. You will be pleasantly surprised by the courteous staff and frequent room cleaning. Impeccable service and delicious food in the hotel's own cafe. We rested with my wife for ten days and were very surprised by this level. Perhaps the best hotel in the city. We will definitely come back again. Special thanks to the hotel manager for the timely resolution of any issues. It is an ideal option for people traveling by car. The hotel has a spacious secured parking lot.

Definitely a great hotel!! Very clean!! and I was pleased that such a small hotel has an elevator!! the rooms have large comfortable beds, clean, cozy, but since we arrived in November, the rooms were damp, the air conditioner did not have time to dry the room. When you leave the room, you take out the key card, the light in the room goes out and, accordingly, the air conditioners turn off.. dampness is the only negative. A huge PLUS for me is the daily cleaning!! a huge thank you for this!) The rooms have small refrigerators, hair dryer, TV, air conditioner, folding dryer, large wardrobe with hangers, slippers, bathrobes can also be requested) There is an ATM in the lobby and a large refrigerator with drinks for sale. Very attentive staff, made contact with a smile, listened to all our wishes and requirements!) and there were a lot of us 43 people) Personally, we lived on the 3rd floor and our wonderful little balcony had a view of the sea))) There are shops on both sides of the hotel, and a fruit stand. It takes literally 4-5 minutes to walk to the sea, to the embankment and the square. We did not eat at the hotel itself, as the cafe in the hotel closes during the cold seasons. But it wasn't a problem for us. The waterfront is full of great cafes) Unfortunately, I didn't take a photo... I'll have to come visit again!😉

Hello, everyone! We had a rest at the SAMSON hotel, the room was on the 1st floor. Everything you needed for a comfortable stay was: a hairdryer, hot water, air conditioning, refrigerator, safe, TV and slippers. On the territory of the hotel there was a dining room where you could have breakfast in the morning, there is a recreation area on the street, a 5-minute walk to the beach, next to a small shop with a large assortment of goods. The staff is hospitable, responsive, and they will not refuse any invitation. We would especially like to mention the manager of the hotel, Roman Samsonovich, who helped us find the backpack that we forgot in the transport when we arrived at the hotel. Everything was great, we recommend this hotel.

We are currently staying at this hotel! I like everything very much, the rooms are clean, the girls are cleaned every day, 1 minute to the sea, the beach is clean, the market is 10 minutes away! My favorite hotel in Sukhumi. The quality far exceeds the price of a night. When we arrive, we only check in here. The furniture is good, the mattresses are super, the Underfloor heating, cleaning every day, even if you check in for a couple of nights (this is rare for hotels in this price category). There is an internal parking, elevators, high-quality laundry, from where things are brought crystal clear and delicious-smelling. The reception even has an ATM now, it's just wow! I wish the owners prosperity and grateful customers :)

We had a rest at Samson last year with a young man. We liked everything. Location in the Center, nice, spacious room with snow-white linen, room cleaning on time. The room has all the amenities, the air conditioner saved. Friendly receptionist. The only thing is that there is no pool and a cafe on the territory of the hotel, unfortunately, I did not like it at all.

The hotel has its own well and generator, so when there were power and water outages in the city, we didn't even notice it. There is a good cafe on site. It is very close to it, but on the entire city beach, stormwater with a specific smell enters the sea. It is best to go swimming to Moko Beach, which is not far away. Fruits and vegetables are cheaper at the market than at the stall on the corner near the hotel.

Upon check-in, he asked if it was possible to stay for a short time, vacating the room later than twelve o'clock. They told me it was possible. But the next day they demanded to pay an additional fifteen hundred for the late eviction, although I was delayed for thirty-five minutes. The water in the cooler is not hot enough, the tea does not brew well. The ATM is not working well. There are no receipts for accommodation. There is no sound insulation. A big plus: some rooms have underfloor heating.

We rested at this hotel in the second half of July 2024. Its location is away from the hustle and bustle of the city and 3 minutes from the sea. There were no problems with the check-in. The hotel has an elevator and a cooler with hot and cold water on each floor. Our room was on the second floor with an overview of the courtyard of the nearest buildings. The balcony was adjacent to the next room, separated by waist-high metal posts. The room has a dryer, cup, saucer, spoon, hair dryer, safe, air conditioning, TV, refrigerator, heater, towels, shower curtain, soap, shampoo, balm and toilet paper. The plumbing was working properly, there was no smell of sewage. I will separately allocate an additional place in the form of a cot with a mattress. The cot definitely needs to be changed. When you lie down on it, you "sink into it like into a hammock." The key is electronic. The sound insulation is excellent, you can only hear what is happening in the common corridor outside the door. In the courtyard of the hotel there is a cafe with a small assortment of dishes (different from the menu). The staff is responsive, any questions were solved. In general, I recommend the hotel, I can't say anything bad about it. P/s: Please do not smoke on the balcony. (cigarette smoke goes into the neighboring rooms)

The hotel itself and the rooms are nice, everything is clean inside. But they certainly need to work with the client's service. We stayed for 1 night, we were passing through there. We had a night check-in, at one o'clock in the morning, when booking, I indicated that we would arrive at night. At first, there were some misunderstandings with the reservation, but then everything was resolved quickly, we drove into the territory by car, parked, but for some reason this did not suit the administrator, she asked to park the car in front of the front, I do not understand how the reverse parking prevented them, the driver was tired and the only thing he wanted was to go to bed and not to park again. Okay, we didn't say anything, we parked the car, they gave us the key and we went to bed. At 8 a.m., we were simply woken up by a knock on the door, allegedly they did not take the scans of our passports! Of course, I understand everything, but firstly, this is not our joint, and secondly, we could have taken scans when we handed over the key in the morning, in any case, our car was parked on their territory, we would not have gone anywhere. But for some reason they decided to knock on the door, knowing that we were staying one night, arrived late and then we had to hit the road. Personally, I absolutely do not understand this attitude towards customers, I regretted that I chose this hotel.

Good repair, the elevator is just a top. The beach is a 5-minute walk away. The beach is not very clean. But the steamship Vladimir runs from it 2 times a day, which takes 1.5 hours for just 1200 rubles per person and gives you a lot to swim in the clean, warm sea, and jump from the upper deck!

A varied menu, they cook very tasty, just delicious. The portions are large and the prices are very affordable. Thanks to all the staff of the hotel. Near the beach, a 5-minute walk away. There is a grocery store nearby, vegetables and fruits are within walking distance. The center is easily accessible on foot. We recommend this hotel to all visitors to Sukhum.

We booked a room with a view from the window. As a result, we got a regular room with a view of the parking lot. There is no point in overpaying or even using the services of this motel. The hotel is located on the outskirts, right at the end of the embankment. The pressure from the faucet is weak, the water in the shower does not go away from the word at all. In general, some kind of shabby, unkempt, motel in which the order of the word is not maintained at all. And it's also a funny situation, their locks really don't close well, you have to slam the door right. So, instead of adjusting the locks, they left a piece of paper in the room asking them not to slam the door and threatening to collect the entire cost of the lock .

The face of the hotel is the reception area. But the reception was very unhappy about our arrival. This was the first impression of the hotel and the first disadvantage of starting a vacation. The room was provided in a different way than the one booked... It was a minus for us . It seems to be above the class, BUT the dampness is mold in the shower room and the smell of sewage... It's terrible....maybe it's different in other rooms, and we just had bad luck... There is a TV in the room, but the image quality is very poor. There is a mini fridge in the room. Canteen-cafe... well... Nartaa is much better with the same price tag... One of the advantages: the replacement of towels and bed linen corresponds to the stated. Garbage collection, shampoo, soap daily, BUT (again) cleaning of closets was required upon arrival. Slippers and bathrobes are provided for an additional fee (400 rubles). From the wishes: work with the administrators, with the kitchen, cleaning the rooms between clients.

There was a constant smell of sewage in the toilet, and the same smell was coming into the room. It has a very unpleasant smell.
