I am satisfied with the work of the service, but not with the company's policy. I downloaded the official software update, the phone died. I spent time and even pennies on travel to the service center, nerves. Everyone was resuscitated, well done. But no compensation, apologies, bonuses from the company!

The site promises to repair the tablet within 1-3 hours for a standard breakdown and in 2-3 days for an atypical problem. In fact , on the 3rd day, diagnostics are performed, repairs are undertaken within a month, and after refusing repair, a tablet is issued on the 4th day.

Terrible!! Until the moment I did not use your services, I did not think so. I changed the screen on the smartphone to the full display, gave $ 120, thought that Somewhere in a gray place they would not pull out the details, gave them to the original service center. I contacted you about repairing a Samsung TV. I liked the attitude towards the client. Attentive and courteous staff, comfortable and spacious lounge. I needed a replacement for a penny chip, a typical malfunction of TVs of this brand after two years of warranty operation. However, the service center does not do this and I was offered to replace the entire entire fee for 290 rubles, which is half of the cost of a new TV of my model 580 rubles. This is unacceptable. For the diagnosis of a malfunction already known to me and the simplest way to eliminate it, i.e., replacing the main board, I paid the service 25 rubles in full. This is Samsung's service, perhaps it is the manufacturer's requirements, perhaps the skill level of the masters of this center, or a way to make money. I'm not interested anymore. I will not apply here anymore.

It is necessary to change the entire fee (520 rubles). "The GSM module is most likely defective" We are not soldering anything. We change the whole thing.
