I have already had three vacations in the sanatorium... it was resting, without procedures.....I like that there is a swimming pool with a steam room...good nutrition...kind, sympathetic person...daily evening leisure...movies, concerts, billiards, tennis...and of course discos with good songs from Oleg.....

Compared to 2022 (it was in April), there have been changes for the better. Tablecloths appeared on the tables in the dining room, the kitchen became tastier, there were no delays in serving dishes. After 7 days, the linen was changed, in the last check-in for 14 days it was not changed once. The positive aspects are noticeable, I will not list them all. Treatment for 5+, many thanks to Elena Alekseevna and Yulia Vladimirovna and all the medical staff.. If possible, we will come again.

We rested at the Chenki sanatorium, and came here to swim in the pool. Everything is fine, we got into the sauna on Friday. We swam and warmed up. The water was very cold one day. And two showers, I had to stand in line at the exit from the pool. Which of course is very inconvenient. Otherwise, there was enough room for everyone. We had a good swim.

There were 8 days in the sanatorium, although they paid for 9, they had to leave, they wrote that they could return the money, but they refused. The room was not very good for 3, although there were better rooms in the neighboring rooms. In the medical building, everyone is friendly, professionals in their field are smiling, I have not heard a rude word or cry from anyone, everyone can be put 5+. The dining room has a homely atmosphere, like the food, without frills but delicious, the only thing for breakfast is no tablespoons for porridge, they said eat with tea,😏... The pool is decent on weekends, slightly cooler than usual, but not cold water. The place is calm, the air is clean and you sleep like at home, even better. Every evening there is a movie or a concert, then a disco. Medical procedures are available from Monday to Friday and units on Saturday.

Not a bad sanatorium. Let's start with the pros: you can get to the city center in 40 minutes by bus or minibus, which run every 30 minutes, and the stop is right before the exit of their sanatorium, all buildings are interconnected by warm transitions, they feed well, thanks to the chefs, they try, there is even an afternoon snack, they give fruit every day and vegetable salads, at night, kefir is mandatory, a swimming pool is freely available, there is a good cafe and barbecue area on the territory, a beautiful view of the river and clean air, a good library, every evening events - a field of miracles game, a movie, karaoke for free, a performance or concert, but this is already paid, there is a SPA area(massage chairs, massage stones, cosmetologist laser, etc.) services there are paid, but the prices are reasonable. There are also disadvantages: cleaning the rooms for a small three, only the garbage is taken out, and on Saturday and Sunday there is not even that, bed linen and even towels for 13 days of stay were not changed at all. There are other disadvantages, but this is not at all significant.

The sanatorium is quite good, there are quite a lot of procedures, a warm comfortable pool, daily discos except Mondays, cafes at the sanatorium. The rooms are quite decent. The medical staff makes the necessary concessions. Arriving with a positive attitude, you will find what you need. And those who are looking for cons will look for an excuse to quarrel even with a chair, there were also those for whom a day without a scandal was spent in vain. It's like being in a sanatorium from the 80s of the USSR, this is evidenced by the decoration of the room (plumbing is very old, old wallpaper and laminate) in the 6th building,
-there are no disposable soap accessories in the room (brush, paste, shower gel, shampoo), bring it from home;
-from the cutlery in the room, 2 cups with saucers, two plates for the first courses, a kettle, a carafe for water, bring the appliances from home;

+procedures are the main reason why it is worth coming:.a list of procedures (baths with turpentine, circular showers, mud, inhalations, massage, magnet, SMT, electrophoresis, swimming pool, sauna, aromatherapy, isokerite, much more). There are modern procedures (cryo, baro chambers, halotherapy, laser, cosmetology, massage chairs, diagnostics, dentist, etc.).

There is a good medical base, there are spa treatments. Polite staff. They were very quickly issued and checked into the room. Upon arrival, they were fed breakfast. Lack of food in the dining room. We went to the New Year and the banquet is included in the price of the tour. The organization of the banquet is good, but there are not enough New Year's contests, it looks more like a corporate party than a New Year's banquet. There is a bus stop near the sanatorium, you can easily get to Gomel. There are many places for cultural recreation in the city.

Therefore, in order not to while away the idle time at the beginning of arrival and get the most out of the vacation, the client is willy-nilly forced to go and buy paid procedures. The decoration of the rooms leaves much to be desired, dirty upholstery of chairs, stripped wallpaper, bed linen, bedspreads, just terrible from the 90s. Nutrition is a separate topic: the lack of dietary nutrition, no variety of dishes, portions are small, tasteless from the word at all. But who needs treatment and nutrition is not important - in summer a wonderful vacation on the river bank, excellent landscaping of the surrounding area, cool barbecue areas on the river bank, cafes.

I want to leave a review about my vacation from July 13 to 24, 2023. All that is "excellent" is nature: the river, the oak forest, the weather! Everything related to services - there are a lot of questions, complaints about the organization and the quality of work. For example: massage of the spine area, lasts 10 minutes (what result can you expect even from 10 procedures? It is immediately clear that the masseur will offer his service for an additional fee, this is practiced), halotherapy has long been a more effective option than just sitting on an aroma lamp, in the same way it should be noted aromatherapy and aromatherapy - zero differences, inconvenience during relaxation (sitting on a bench, without background music, where the chairs are modern). The dining room is a separate story. Upon admission, the therapist appoints a diet table for each patient according to numbers No. 5, No. 8, and so on. Isn't it possible to organize a buffet-style distribution of diets, i.e. diet numbers? In general, managers need to work a lot on the quality of services provided so that price and quality do not raise questions! And this is the first thing! And secondly, to change the attitude of many employees towards vacationers. We have repeatedly witnessed showdowns. I wish the sanatorium development! But for now, only to Priozerny! Take note!

It's good that the receptionist moved us to a new building, yes, the room is very good there, but the price of the room has doubled.The territory is large, there are many different procedures, the staff is friendly, except for the physical room, I'm sorry, two very angry aunts spoil the whole picture. There are norms in the dining room, the only thing is that they always confuse the order and have to walk and talk.One day we came to dinner with the wrong menu that we ordered. When I said this, the chewing lady answered me angrily, "There is nothing else." In general, I would not have come a second time, alas. Please set up the service.

We had a rest with my husband in May at a sanatorium.
I really liked it, the sanatorium is wonderful. Far from the highway, fresh air, a river. The room is clean and cozy.
The food is varied, the dishes are delicious. Who needs it - you can take an addition of any side dish. A very pleasant woman received us in the dining room - short, dark, probably the chef. Very friendly.
The medical staff are all friendly.
The doctors are competent and attentive.
It's not far from the city. There is a guarded parking lot.
If there is an opportunity, we will come here again.

I really would not like to spoil the impression, but there is something to compare it with. Straight from the hanger, as they say. Why they brought a dispatcher, it's not clear at all! You sit in line for an hour, then he argued with us for another half an hour, and as a result, 4 procedures prescribed by the doctor were not included in the waybill. Gone! It is not possible to get into the shower at the appointed time! In the pool, like herrings in a barrel! Children, adults, all mixed up, 15 or more people! Horror! Back massage was paid for separately and 20 min procedure! 5 min to undress 5 to get dressed, that in 10 min you can massage! I had a rest in September 22. Such a talented, skillful masseur, the woman was.!!! My back hasn't been aching for a whole year. At the reception they said she quit, they didn't work together! Well, but now in 10 minutes... Super in the buckets! In the dining room, compote in a mug with lipstick, I found fish fins in beef goulash! And on the day of departure, cabbage soup made of fresh cabbage with chicken feathers! And Wi-Fi really wants to improve!!!! What a nine-day vacation!

I had a rest in a sanatorium in early October. I arrived in the morning on the day of check-in (by the way, I booked a vacation in May). The room was supposed to be on the 5th floor renovated, settled on the 3rd floor. I asked the girl who was settling in why such a room was promised something completely different. To which I received a rather harsh answer that she did not promise me anything, which spoiled all the positive mood. But that was just the beginning. On this day there was a very large settlement and those procedures that I wanted to get even for money did not get to me. They explained that I would not have time to pass them because there were no windows until Friday on Monday. On the procedures that managed to "snatch" everyone is relatively friendly. The food is good enough, there was enough of everything. I had a rest 5 years ago in this sanatorium and really wanted to come back because all the impressions were great. Returning here, I was very disappointed and I think to take a long break from visiting this sanatorium with the hope that something will change.

The standard room in building 6 looks disgusting! Ancient beds propped up with a board so as not to fall apart. A set of mismatched, ironed underwear. The chest of drawers (!) reminded me of my grandmother's childhood in the village. Well, the little things: a falling apart closet, old torn wallpaper and laminate flooring with cracks in the finger. I hope that the situation is better in other buildings, but we were not offered anything.
