Everyone is attentive and responsive. There are some disadvantages in everyday life, but we did not pay attention to it - we were traveling to the Soviet Union.

I had a rest in August 2019.
The condition of the rooms does not correspond to the information on the website. Upon arrival, no one explained anything, they handed over the keys to the room, and then figure it out for yourself.
On the very first day, the front door to the room broke, the faucet was periodically strained, from which water was constantly dripping.
The organization is suffering.
The territory is small.
A bike rental has been announced, I was hoping for it. As a result, there were two prehistoric bicycles that were really scary to get on.
About WiFi... Only on two floors... No comments.
Most of all, I remember the nurse who is in charge of aromatherapy, peeling fish and something else. A person of the greatest soul, kind, positive. I just wanted to come up and hug my grandmother every time)))

I certainly advise you to visit the mud room, where the kind Tamara Viktorovna will offer you exotic options for mud wraps.
I also want to mention the nice and helpful girls from the staff.
And Yulia Viktorovna, a neurologist, is the most wonderful specialist I have ever met in my life... Be sure to go to her appointment.

The first day of stay in the sanatorium was not impressive. No organization of any kind. If you are going to a sanatorium with Soviet rubles in cash, do not worry about paying because there is no exchange of rubles for Belarusian money here, you need to go to Gomel. The fare will cost about 50 rubles in Russian. The receptionist may stay more than 10 minutes at the reception. He will ask you to sign for the safety measures. You will hardly understand how to search for a medical building and an office of a primary admission doctor further. There is very little information. If you are prohibited from receiving any procedures, then you are unlikely to be assigned a replacement. They will be happy to appoint paid procedures, so stock up on extra money. You will not get the exchange rate of Belarusian money for Russian information anywhere either, you will be like blind kittens before you learn how to multiply. I have received paid procedures so far. I will write reviews every day.
