We had a vacation in Abkhazia in early October 2024, spent 10 happy days in this beautiful house. Very convenient location, the way from the sea to the house takes 2 minutes at a slow pace (detected by a stopwatch). There are shops, a pharmacy, and transport stops nearby. The house itself is very well maintained, clean, tidy. It's very cozy. From the point of view of household amenities, there is everything - shower, kitchen, summer kitchen, hot water, refrigerators, all necessary kitchen utensils in excellent condition. The photos are completely true, but in reality, everything is even better. A pleasant garden with gazebos, trampoline, tennis table, beautiful paths, fruit trees, banana palms. For the first time in my life, I tasted figs, lemons and other fruits - straight from the trees. It was something incredible. But the atmosphere in the house is no less important, since even the most pleasant environment can be spoiled by human negativity. But in this house there is always good weather, a very sincere and pleasant atmosphere created by the owners themselves. Very friendly, welcoming and sincere people. There was a feeling that he had come, as in childhood, to relax with close people in the house. A great area, with the clearest warm sea, a beautiful, very calm, secluded beach. Serenity, aesthetics and tranquility - this is how we can briefly describe what we saw when we went ashore every day. And it's literally a 2-minute slow walk right from the gate of the house. Thank you very much to this land, the sea, the sun, the wind, and all the people we met in this beautiful and spiritual place! We advise everyone, next time, we will come only here. We've been back from vacation for a month, but we just got around to leaving a review. We went on vacation to the city of Sukhum. We stayed at the Sandro Guest House.It is a very cozy and beautiful place, I did not want to leave at all.The house is very clean, cleaning was carried out daily.Very friendly hosts, they will tell you everything and tell you where it is better to go or go on an excursion, what to see in the city. On the day of arrival, we were treated to champagne, and the hostess of the house, Medea, made us an evening of Abkhazian cuisine with national dishes. We and all the guests of this house were delighted. The sea is two hundred meters from the house, the water is always clean, dolphins swim, there are cafes where you can eat. There is always homemade kvass in the fridge, which Medea's dad makes. Everything was so cozy and homely that I didn't want to leave at all (I repeat again). The cordiality and hospitality of the owners of the house struck, as if they were at home and not visiting. Medea, thank you so much to you and your family for the rest, for the kindness, for your cozy courtyard. We will definitely come back to you again!! ♥️

A very nice guest house. We had a rest with two children, the rooms are clean, nice, with a shower and toilet in the room, a very nice territory and a summer kitchen, children have a place to run, there is a trampoline, hammocks and much more. The owners are the nicest people, the sea is across the road, walk for a minute at most. There is a pharmacy nearby, shops with everything you need. In general, everything is great!
