It's a very cool place, the atmosphere, the interior, everything is very unusual and not typical for Abkhazia. We stayed in loft number 3, this is a room with a balcony, the largest of the three rooms. It was warm and comfortable, although it was cloudy and cool outside for our rest. The room has a warm large blanket, excellent bed linen. There is a barbecue area and a fun area with a bonfire to just sit by the fire. We cooked in the kitchen, everything is convenient and at hand. Beautiful bar counter with lighting, style is maintained everywhere. Kostya suggested where to eat delicious food, which places to visit. Thanks for the advice, we went to the theater and enjoyed the performance. We recommend it! A wonderful place.

It's a good place, we liked it, we booked it directly. The host answered all questions quickly and promptly. A deposit is paid upon check-in, which is refunded upon check-out when you check out the room. We checked in earlier by 3 hours. No problem. The room has a large bed, a sofa, a set of towels for each guest. Unusual interior, interesting details. The room was warm, there was hot water, there was enough air conditioning for heating, if desired, you can ask for an additional heater. I slept well, quietly, comfortably. The green area, the birds are singing, everything is as clean and comfortable as possible. It's a great place, everything is done wisely. A dog and a cat live on the territory, they are friendly.

My husband and I had a vacation in Abkhazia, in Sukhum, and we were absolutely delighted! The place is just wonderful:the cleanest air, beautiful nature, silence-everything disposes to rest and reboot. The house is very cozy, clean, everything is thought out to the smallest detail, there is everything you need for a comfortable stay. Special thanks to the host, an incredibly warm and hospitable person. We felt at home: calm, cozy and with a soul. The room is very clean and comfortable, there is everything for living (air conditioning, microwave oven, refrigerator, hairdryer, washing machine, wi-fi). There is a good grocery store within walking distance, and the city center is only a couple of kilometers away. We will be happy to come again and we are happy to recommend this place to everyone!
