It's a very cool place, the atmosphere, the interior, everything is very unusual and not typical for Abkhazia. We stayed in loft number 3, this is a room with a balcony, the largest of the three rooms. It was warm and comfortable, although it was cloudy and cool outside for our rest. The room has a warm large blanket, excellent bed linen. There is a barbecue area and a fun area with a bonfire to just sit by the fire. We cooked in the kitchen, everything is convenient and at hand. Beautiful bar counter with lighting, style is maintained everywhere. Kostya suggested where to eat delicious food, which places to visit. Thanks for the advice, we went to the theater and enjoyed the performance. We recommend it! A wonderful place.

It's a good place, we liked it, we booked it directly. The host answered all questions quickly and promptly. A deposit is paid upon check-in, which is refunded upon check-out when you check out the room. We checked in earlier by 3 hours. No problem. The room has a large bed, a sofa, a set of towels for each guest. Unusual interior, interesting details. The room was warm, there was hot water, there was enough air conditioning for heating, if desired, you can ask for an additional heater. I slept well, quietly, comfortably. The green area, the birds are singing, everything is as clean and comfortable as possible. It's a great place, everything is done wisely. A dog and a cat live on the territory, they are friendly.

A great option for a good and relaxing holiday. We stayed at the guest house for the first time by accident 2 years ago, there was a spontaneous trip. We booked in 1 day, which was free. To our surprise, it turned out to be just a great option. A cool, well-maintained green area in a quiet location without excessive city noise. I really liked the apartment, there is nothing superfluous, modern renovation, but at the same time everything you need for a comfortable stay is very clean and tidy. Very good location, not far from the center and the sea. I would like to say separately about the sweetest dog and cat who live here, we have never seen so much affection and kindness from unfamiliar pets, the child was simply delighted and did not want to leave them. He is a very cool, friendly and hospitable host. He is always in touch and tells you what interesting places you can visit that you will not find in the usual guidebooks. This year we came back to Abkhazia, we didn't even look for another place, we stayed here again. Everything is as cozy, quiet and comfortable as before. Pesel and the cat seemed to be waiting for us. The host again told us about interesting places that we hadn 't been to or even read about . When they started to leave, I presented them with a very tasty homemade jam. We will definitely come here again when we arrive in Abkhazia. I recommend these apartments if you are looking for comfortable, cozy and quiet accommodation without any special demands and excessive demands. You will definitely like it here!!!
