A dumpling bar is not a gourmet restaurant or a trendy coffee shop. This is a place where you can just have a delicious and satisfying lunch. We visited the Suitcase while passing through Brest and the impression was very good. We had a business lunch with smoked salmon dumplings. We didn't even expect it to be so delicious. You don't usually expect much frills from business lunches. Dumplings are on fire! The portions are decent, the prices are reasonable. The interior is modest, without unnecessary decor, clean and bright. It looks more like a dining room. The girls at work are friendly, polite and friendly. A great place to have a snack. I had enough food for the whole day.

According to the situation, everything is very simple, but the most important thing for me is that it is clean. Respect for the institution. 2. Attitude towards visitors. We arrived early by train to Brest and were looking for a place to eat, but Yandex saw good reviews about the Suitcase and decided to go there for breakfast. When we arrived, we found that the cafe served the hotel residents and there were no places for people from the street, but a waiter with blonde hair with a pigtail and a vest (if I'm not mistaken, Vika or Veronica) found a place for us, served us quickly and we had a great breakfast with my wife and child. For which I thank her very much. 2. Food. We were pleasantly surprised that the food is so delicious in such a small and simple (sorry for the word, but no offense) establishment. The portions are normal. Even after breakfast, we decided to stop by for lunch, which we also did not regret. As a coffee lover, I couldn't help but appreciate the delicious coffee (it's clear that the owners don't skimp on the grain). 3. Prices. The prices are average, but the price-quality ratio is very, very decent. 4. Staff. This point, for the most part, leaves much to be desired. The only thing I want to mention is the waitress, whom I wrote about above in paragraph 1, who served us at breakfast and at lunch helped us to "receive" food and drinks in a timely manner, since our current waitress and the bartender-girl were just "sleeping" at their jobs. THANKS a lot to this girl. She really cares about every guest. They couldn't reach the waitress at lunch, although there were at most 2 tables occupied in the hall, and when she approached with a sullen face, she couldn't say anything about the difference or the composition of the dishes, although the menu was small. I couldn't recommend anything either. Now about the barmaid, she poured me a drink and left it on the counter. When no one brought it to me for a long time, and there was no one in the hall, I asked her to bring it, but she ignored the request, but responded to another from the next table, when it was necessary to calculate the guest and there was a chance of apparently getting a tip (this is to the question of the possibility of serving a glass by the bartender, i.e. where-she could have served it, but not somewhere else). Thanks again to the girl from point 1, who eventually organized the taking out of dishes and serving drinks. Next, I was unpleasantly surprised by some apparently "supervisor" (a young girl with glasses and dark clothes), who was crying in PUBLIC in front of guests and other employees (I don't know why) She scolded the waitress I wrote about in paragraph 1 above, who was the only normal member of staff. I consider this a disgusting and degrading act, for which I think the management of Suitcase should bring this "supervisor" to disciplinary responsibility, and give the injured employee a bonus for restraining herself and continuing her work. Bottom line - I recommend this place - it's delicious and inexpensive, but I ask the management of the institution to pay attention to the story of the "headmistress" and, in general, the professional aptitude of most of the staff.

We didn't try the dumplings, as they were purposefully made for the sake of pies. We went here with my wife 2 times. For the first time, we took hand-made dumplings, 2 portions (fish and meat are just fire) and a portion of draniki (delicious), drank homemade lemonade and 2 beers. I liked everything very much, they came the next day, I took a meringue roll (not bad) + fruit tea (normal), my wife took a chicken thigh with zucchini sauce (delicious) and cherry Bumblebee (normal), it came out 1000₽ Russian. They didn't say hello or offer to sit down. They served the menu and left. When they came for the order, they tried to dissuade them from the dishes by waiting a long time. . When ordering drinks again, the glass from the previous one was not taken from the table.
