Review of the Times Cafe (Brest) , Where is it located? The cafe is located in the very center of Brest on Sovetskaya St., 30, right on the pedestrian street. An ideal place to relax after a walk through the historic center. What's inside? Cuisine: European and Belarusian cuisine, breakfasts, burgers, pasta, steaks ✔ Bar: coffee, craft beer, original lemonades, wine list ✔ Desserts: cheesecakes, cupcakes, ice cream ✔ Halls: two floors, stylish interior in modern style, summer terrace , Visit features: Atmosphere: a modern urban space with comfortable sofas and dim lights Format: from a quick coffee with dessert to a full-fledged dinner Prices: average price segment, good price/quality ratio , Advantages: ✔ Ideal location in a pedestrian zone ✔ Stylish interior and comfortable furniture ✔ Large portions and delicious desserts ✔ Fast service even during rush hours ✔ Courteous staff 👎 Cons: ✖ It's noisy in the evening There are few places on the terrace during the summer season Limited menu for vegetarians Bottom line: The Times Cafe is a great meeting place in the center of Brest. It is suitable both for a quick snack and for relaxing with friends. Rating: 8/10 Tip: try the signature burger and cappuccino with dessert. In the evenings, it is better to book a table in advance.

The establishment evokes ambiguous emotions. Of the advantages: -interior -the concept of the institution - well-groomed staff On the cons: I've been there a few times, but the kitchen has always been "average" The last time I was in August, and then the menu had a seasonal lemon dessert with a sponge cake made of puff pastry and cream, the dough was just impossible to eat, literally the sole. But on the plus side, we changed the dessert to another one. I chose Pavlova and it was not bad, but again 5/10, interesting serving, not like in a classic dessert. My husband took tiramisu from the whole menu, it was the tastiest of all. According to the main menu, we took salads and they were again 5/10. It's good that the salad is fresh. By the way, we do not recommend salad with shrimp, they were fragrant.

The cafe stands out pleasantly among many establishments due to its high level of service. The atmosphere here is very cozy, and the serving of cocktails deserves special mention — it is beautiful and tasteful. The dishes left a positive impression: the duck is cooked perfectly, the meat is juicy and tender, the mashed potatoes are airy and harmoniously complemented the taste. As for the original cocktails, it's more for the amateur: unusual, but not everyone will like them, besides, the portions seemed too small. The classic cocktail was more to my taste - it was made at a high level. In general, the atmosphere, decoration and cuisine encourage you to return — the cafe leaves a pleasant impression and a desire to look here again.
