A good place to relax by the lake. Scooters do not make noise, inappropriate music does not hollow out the brain, polite staff! I'm shooting a star for entertainment on the water. In particular, "no credit" for life jackets! They give out just taken from their predecessors, abundantly soaked in someone else's sweat! Therefore, the vest is removed almost immediately after departure. In my case, by boat. The boats are not bad, but the trouble is with the oars! The handles are very thin! Almost "pencils". As a result, the hands get tired noticeably quickly and the palms get chafed. p.s. I was born and grew up on the Volga, practically with oars in my hands, so I know what I'm talking about. On a day off, there was just a "Soviet" queue at the bar. Not the most pleasant picture, not to mention that I wanted to drink something, but without long downtime in the queue! I would also like a more prompt cleaning of the beach area. Empty coke cans were lying around us for half a day, left by someone like a pig. So there is something for the administration to work on. Therefore, I sincerely wish not to ruin an initially good project!

A beautiful place to relax with your family. Beautiful nature. In summer, there is a great beach with a bar and music on the beach. There is a bicycle rental kayak. A great sauna with beautiful views from the window. modern interior. The rooms are cozy and very nice. Polite staff.
And now the main thing is food!!!!
The food here is really delicious!!!! Desserts (cheesecake) should be especially highlighted. It's so delicious beyond words!!!! You just need to try it yourself.

Friendly and competent staff, high-level service. Comfortable rooms, where it is clean, beautiful, cozy.
One restaurant where it's not easy to choose a dish. At the same time, if you successfully choose a diet, I am sure you will like the kitchen.

I come to this institution every year. The restaurant is good, the level of waiters is 3- . The staff level at the reception is 3-. They are not very friendly, they will not even ask how their vacation went. The Wi-fi has finally become good. A breakfast buffet has appeared. And this is +. There was a time when we came there with a dog. This is not the case now . And this is A HUGE DISADVANTAGE. The institution is definitely not developing. He's stomping around.
There is simply no alternative to this institution on the White Lake. Everything is closed!!!! Very sorry.

We organized a corporate event for 140 people. My own organizer let me down and worked extremely poorly. The administration of Greenwood took over almost completely the functions of the organizer of the evening, monitored everything that was happening, regulated the serving of dishes and other arrangements. An excellent complex. We were in the restaurant - decent service, modern healthy cuisine. There are rooms, a patio, a pine forest around. There is a lake nearby - we didn't get there, but people are walking around in bathing gear... However, there are problems with parking - there are a lot of cars on the roadsides))). A good place to relax.

The sauna complex is on top, for your money.
You get 2 steam rooms: a hammam and a sauna.
Swimming pool, balcony with sun beds. Tea and honey .

We visited this wonderful place, the whole family liked it! The room is large and comfortable , the restaurant is super, there would be more country complexes of this level in our country! There are still a couple of disadvantages , but it is easy to fix , firstly there is no kettle in the room , this is a country complex in the forest and it is very fresh here in the morning and evening , I want to warm up and drink a mug of hot tea , preferably without leaving the room and running for boiling water is a so-so idea , the second is the partitions between the rooms on the terrace , if you made them , then why are they not solid so that you can't see the neighbors , keep an eye on the rental inventory , the bicycles are half alive , it's scary to go , well , yes , room cleaning at 3 p.m. when the child is resting , you need to be more prompt or there's just not enough staff

Come and find a winter fairy tale.
In winter, this place is beautiful in its own way, when it snows, light frost, a fabulous picture opens from the window. A snowman on the pier and a frozen lake complete the picture of the unusual that your eye sees in summer when it's warm and everything is green.

A beautiful and cozy hotel on the shore of the lake, surrounded by a pine forest, the rooms in the hotel are comfortable and have everything you need. The Internet in the rooms is high-speed, which is very important. The restaurant is as cozy and comfortable as the whole complex, with a fairly wide selection of dishes similar to Italian cuisine. The beach and the surrounding area are clean, and it's nice to be in this place. There is a playground for children, a rope town and bicycle rental for outdoor enthusiasts. A good place to relax all year round.

The bartender pours sparkling wine according to some incomprehensible pattern: he puts a glass of liquid on the counter and pours it for everyone else.. The question is, is he that unprofessional?? The sparkling wine was brought in a dirty glass that was half full... and there were no bubbles there..(from the word - Absolutely!! But I didn't order the wine.... I ordered Sparkling Wine!!! The second glass is a little better.. a clean glass and bubbles were running.. but why is it half full????

You can go, but you may not get the proper excitement and pleasure.
Price-quality discrepancy (we are talking about hotel accommodation).
What didn't you like:
- a broken mattress
- uncomfortable pillows (heavy and hard)
- dirt under the bed
- no batteries in the remotes
- pay TV
- missing shampoo in one of the bottles
- lack of any entertainment in winter. It's a rotten day on a weekday
- there is no shoe spoon
I didn't like the restaurant:
- dust and crumbs on the secretary (chest of drawers / china table).
- cheap and tasteless coffee (we are talking only about breakfast, paid coffee is completely different)
- harsh communication of the staff, not courteous enough (we are talking about hostesses)
Like it:
- a good concept. It is clear about the implementation from the description above
- availability of umbrellas
- the terrace in the room is the best thing that was there)
- underfloor heating is a good idea and a successful implementation
- parking is normal, but not designed for full occupancy
- well-maintained territory
- I liked the matching of price and quality of food in the restaurant
I don't want to discourage anyone or recommend anyone. Decide for yourself.
To date, I would not go there a second time. However, in the summer, the beach certainly saves the situation)

Excellent country hotel complex. We came for the weekend, everything was fine.
The territory is beautiful and well maintained.
The restaurant is great, everything was very tasty.
But a little sluggishness and inattention of the staff in the restaurant is still present.
The rooms are large, beautiful with lovely terraces. We were in April, it was a little chilly in the room.
The bathhouse is just a top. The spa complex is excellent: sauna and hammam, font, relaxation room with tea, honey and jam!
The territory has a large playground and its own beach with a bar.
Very positive impressions, I sincerely recommend it!

The service does not match the stated one at all. Waiting for more than 15 minutes until the waiter comes to take the order, and this is only after we have reminded ourselves. There is a feeling that the staff is "clogged up" and that many guests have some kind of problems - for a very long time they do not bring an order or an invoice. Waiting for dishes from 40 minutes minimum. And all this despite the fact that the landing is incomplete, the guests are only on the terrace.

The place is very beautiful and cozy. It is more designed for summer holidays, of course. But in the off-season, it's worth coming here for peace and quiet. The only thing I can note from the cons is that there is only shampoo, shower gel and soap from cosmetics. I didn't have enough hair balm, body balm, because when I go to a hotel for a couple of days, I usually don't take this from home.

The holiday is ruined!!!! I booked a room in advance for the wedding anniversary. A table was reserved in the lounge area for a festive dinner and a photographer. 3 days before the trip, the receptionist called and informed us that they had an urgent banquet, and we could only have lunch and dinner in the room. I canceled everything, the mood was spoiled, the photographer, of course, did not return the prepayment.
