A very beautiful place and a chic hotel! There is a private beach, sauna, restaurant. There are also 2 interesting routes for 5km and 12km. You can walk or bike. Bike rental is also available at the hotel;)

I really liked the hotel! comfortable rooms, everything is fine with pillows now! we also went to the sauna complex - it was amazing that it is so big and has a hammam, a small pool and a very cool area facing the street, but with the possibility of closing shutters-blinds.

Nice, cozy rooms, were in the most severe frosts, but it was very warm and comfortable. It's a bit boring, there is no winter animation, i.e. if you stay at a hotel, you need to plan some trips:- to Brest, maybe to Belovezhskaya Pushcha....
I would like to especially mention the brand chef of the restaurant, the cuisine is great! Whatever they took, everything was of excellent quality and very tasty.

We met 2021 NG in this place. We ordered a room for 2 adults + 2 children (4 and 6 years old). We arrived and settled in. The rooms are good. The room has one large bed and a small sofa. The question arose where the second child would sleep, they said his place was on a large bed. Maybe in Brest they are used to sleeping with children, but we never sleep with them. I had to negotiate with my wife's parents to put the second child in their room on the sofa. They refused to provide free bed linen for the child, they had to buy more at the rate of 30 rubles per night. The New Year's Eve party at the restaurant went well. Presenter, sparklers to the sound of chimes, fireworks, music. There was always something missing at breakfast in the morning. Then clean glasses (cups), then something else. Although the breakfasts themselves are decent champagne, liqueur, etc. On January 01, there was no program from the hotel. Everyone was sitting in their rooms or going to the lake, there was nothing else to do there. Why was it impossible to arrange a program in the center of the complex, turn on music, pour mulled wine. Even if it's for money, there should be a program... Well, I'll tell you about dinner at the restaurant on January 01. The waiter mixed up the dishes, first the pizza ran out (the pizza is very good, you won't find it in Italy), then the cola, and then we decided to go to the rooms. Today, on January 13, the hotel still has not sent us the photos that the photographers took on New Year's Eve. On January 02, the poor service of the restaurant continued until we called the administrator and said everything that was boiling over. After that, the service got better. Therefore, please ask the management to monitor the staff in the restaurant more carefully. You have an excellent European-level complex, we liked everything visually very much, but the service in the restaurant needs to be improved.

We travel a lot, we've been to a lot of restaurants, but the restaurant in GREENWOOD will be remembered as one of the worst, or rather the worst at the moment. We are from Russia, 4 people came, ordered 4 main dishes, champagne and wanted to try the Belarusian pancakes that were on the menu, but adults are forbidden to sell them, as they are on the children's menu. We immediately found on the Internet that it was illegal to refuse customers if the dishes were on the menu, no matter if they were for children or not, especially since we had a main course for everyone. We have been served dishes that are not on the menu at all, because they are "flexible" and treat each client individually, But at GREENWOOD the waiter and the receptionist "struck a pose", saying this is an oral order from the owners that adults are prohibited from selling dishes from the children's menu. It's a funny situation. We laughed, waited for our dishes for about 50 minutes with an absolutely empty hall, brought 1 less dish, did not apologize, everything was from the very beginning-"what kind of idiots are sitting"
Sooooo unpleasant staff. Both the waiters and the receptionist. They didn't even apologize, as if this was the norm.
In general, I give 1 to the maintenance staff. The food, the ride was pretty good. But there was not enough time to wait 50 minutes, our nerves would not have been enough. This is the first time in our lives when we did not leave a tip, and did not say "thank you", we absolutely did not want to.

In 2015, the wedding was celebrated and it was a delight, so when the question of my sister's wedding became, everyone had no doubt.
The conditions of the organization have been successfully passed, the staff is terrible! Believe me, only the table of parents and young people was served normally! It's funny to watch how the waiters pulled elementary sweets from the Candy bar.. I'm sorry, but it's laughter and sadness.
There were a lot of non-RB guests at the wedding, so the rooms were all occupied for our guests, the day after the wedding, the guests waited for their dishes for 47 minutes!!!!! After 47 minutes, they started bringing dishes to all of me, serving the first courses lasted up to an hour!
There are no waiters in the daytime with fire.
In the morning, when everything was empty at breakfast, I asked to add food so that people could have breakfast, breakfast is included in the price, scrambled eggs were served on the buffet for 20 minutes, everything else for 25-30 minutes!
The wedding was in August, it was impossible to walk in the rooms without slippers, I slept under a blanket and a blanket, but I never got warm.
There is no desire to come to rest again.

This is a bomb, not a hotel! Located in a wonderful location, in the forest, on the shore of a picturesque lake, convenient access! You can spend a good night on the way to the EU and back (we did this more than once) ; and we stayed a couple of times just to relax there! A very good Italian restaurant - delicious dishes plus excellent service, and all this at low prices!

A great chalet. Polite staff, beautiful and cozy rooms. I would like to mention the kitchen separately, I have probably never tasted such delicious food anywhere. Even the eggs for breakfast are cooked so that you can lick your fingers. There is also access to the lake, a beach and a place for football. I recommend.
