(It's impossible to tell right away.) Good. Completed the drawing. I sent the measurements to the estimators. At the same time, I did not forget to take money for future repairs. (50 rubles). A week passes. There is no response from the organization. I'm calling myself. They can't make an estimate, because it's necessary that I talk to the neighbors from below about changing their sewage system, too. And, of course, at my expense. At the same time, option 2 is no longer even considered, since after talking with the management, they decided that repairs would be impractical without replacing the sewers of all the neighbors. Result. There are not exactly professionals working in this organization.
