This place has different vibes. Little different then the upper posh Almaty. This is busy place with a lot of people making noise for sharing taxis. There are many good small restaurants. This is mainly a Muslim area near the central mosque.

Хорошое удобное место , Зелёный базар , кондитерская Рахат рядом , мне нравиться Саяхат . На рынке выбора много , я часто посещяю для семьи покупаю необходимые вещи,

Таксисты стоят под знаками остановка и стоянка запрещена. Патрульные вероятнее всего берут деньги и не трогают. Грязь, толпа, шум. Ужасное место.
