They work carelessly, they give out defective bills in the exchanger, which then they themselves do not want to take, and not 1-2 pieces, but 30 bills at once. The bills were replaced for the claims, but because of this situation, there was a change of course and I personally lost 204 rubles. Don't set foot in this department anymore
