I was in this department on 08/06/2025. I needed to deposit Belarusian rubles (1,255 rubles) to a Russian Savings Bank card. I asked Kristina, an employee of the Shulgovich branch, to tell me how much money in Russian rubles will be credited to the card, taking into account all fees. The girl left and returned with the information that 33700 Russian rubles would be credited to the card, which I was very satisfied with. After depositing the amount, an SMS arrives, which shows that 31010 rus has been deposited. RUB , which is 2690 Russian rubles less than the amount stated by the employee. To my indignation about the misinformation, the senior manager said that not a single employee could name the exact amount, as he did not have information about bank fees. But then why did Kristina Shulgovich confidently tell me about the specific amount? If they had explained everything to me right away, as the senior manager did, I would have refused to deposit money to the card. It turns out that the bank branch robbed me of almost 3,000 rubles in the person of the above-mentioned employee. Among other things, I have not heard from anyone the words of apology and sincere regret that this happened! A written complaint was filed against the employee under the registration number X-5853. We kindly ask the management of the bank's branch to pay attention to the negligence and indifference of their employees.
