I have a salary card in Sberbank, the branch at Masherova 80. I decided to take out a consumer loan. They offered insurance for a loan. The conditions were explained incorrectly (or they made a mistake themselves, or Belgosstrakh is the most cunning), and instead of paying insurance monthly, they paid the entire amount for 7 years at once (maybe they have personal agreements there). I wanted to cancel the action on the same day - they start stupidly "throwing". Therefore, I am writing a pre-trial claim to the bank, returned the loan and will continue to clarify the current situation in the legal field. Sooo long waiting time when taking a ticket!!! To change the currency, you can sit for up to 40 minutes. IT'S JUST TERRIBLE AND INCOMPETENT!!!
