When asked if it was possible to use the Savings Account system, the manager replied that it was impossible. We found out later that you can pay with your phone and withdraw money, after spending a lot of nerves and time. Also, when trying to open a new card, Anastasia demanded to purchase a Belarusian SIM card and promised to call back after checking the documents within one or two days. Of course, no one called back, and it is not known whether the documents were sent for verification at all.

Maybe I'm wrong, but with a lot of traffic, there is only one cash register. This is somehow not quite right. I think this bank has its own slow, non-repetitive style of work. For two branches of this bank, I met only two employees at the cash desk who work quickly and professionally. Evaluation of the same operation. And the time spent on its execution. And the assessment applies only to cash transactions.
