The queue in each office is huge, specialists sleep on the move. The reception was long - we waited in line for two hours and were served for half an hour because the employees' computer skills were low. 3. This is probably a plus. The specialist took care of it: she warned me in advance that the commission would be charged and suggested that I go to a working ATM (two bus stops).

If I need a currency exchange, I bypass this bank and go to another bank, even if it is located further away. Visiting a branch of Sberbank is a test of strength for the nervous system and a huge waste of personal time. A bank that positions itself as a high-tech bank cannot provide basic customer service. I would not recommend contacting Sberbank branches for those who value their time and are not ready to spend half a day on one simple operation.
