On 11.05 this year, at the Momo shopping center exchange office, I changed the currency to white rubles...The fact is that I didn't look (I saw it later) and they gave me a 50-ruble bill that was disgusting in its condition- stained, chewing gum, slightly crumpled-that the ATM didn't accept it, and the store in the same shopping center barely accepted it! And the cashier refused my request to replace the bill (it's a pity that the receipt wasn't preserved to see the last name) in a rather rude form! Has the collection been canceled yet? My wish for the future is to take a closer look at what you accept (even white rubles)!

There are no words (the waiting time in the currency exchange can reach 1.5 hours, I managed to stand in line, go to the canteen, come back and stand in line again)
