Обратилась в банк, с проблемой по счетам, в итоге не задали ни одного уточняющего вопроса, а лишь ответили по их «государственному шаблону» и никакой помощи, обвинили в неправде, не узнали точнее, из за чего проблема, а лишь обвинили. Складывается впечатление, что им все равно на клиентов. Очень разочарована, нету никакого желание у сотрудников и решить проблему клиента, и сделать это вежливо и понимающе.

Отделение сбербанка работает без очередей, талон взял и сразу уже приглашают к нужному специалисту.. Персонал очень вежливый, грамотно все объяснят, подскажут как нужно.. Всегда чистота приятно находиться..
