Ужасное отношение, и не знания информации, спустя 1,5 часа просидела там, читая мою доверенность они даже не знали что можно что то сделать или нет, отказали. ГРЯЗНО НИЧЕГО НЕ РАБОТАЕТ

грамотные вежливые сотрудники в сбербанке, но как-то медленно все делается, очереди большие к операторам. Вызывает недоумение некоторые порядки: чтобы получить наличные деньги через кассу нужно отстоять очередь к оператору, а потом тебя отправят в кассу получить деньги, т.е. два окна вместо одного и потеря времени удваивается.
