Unfortunately, my experience with the exchange operation turned out to be extremely negative. The conditions imposed by the bank turned out to be too high, especially for banknotes. I also bought these bills from a reputable bank, and I felt in an awkward position here. People should be able to exchange currency as easily as a bank verifies it.
