I really like this place, you can go to allsports training. There are groups of all possible options, both purely female, and general, and children's. The coaches are great! I would like more space and lockers in the women's locker room at 34 Ponomarenko Street.

I chose to train here, although I live on the other side of the city.
I went several times and highlighted the pros and cons of studying here:
Positive:
1) **separate groups**.There are women's groups, mixed (both men and women), and children's groups.I was in a girl group.
2)**Good coach Margarita**.
In group classes, she always came up to me and corrected my technique if I did it wrong.
I conveyed information in clear language,
always gave a warm-up, so I didn't have any injuries during training.
+ has a good command of what he teaches.I almost flew away with my weight 86 and height 182, when Margarita practiced punches on me😁
3)**Good inventory**.
In the hall there are cushions for blocking blows, dummy pistols and knives.
There is a shower, toilet, changing rooms (men's and women's), storage rooms with locks.
4)**Intense workouts**
