A very good club, the gym is really equipped for martial arts classes. The coach pays attention to everyone, explains it in an accessible way and monitors the correct execution technique. Excellent physical activity, it was a little hard right away, but after a week, I felt a surge of strength and vitality. I have been visiting the training recently, but the result is already there.
