Great hotel, we were there for the first time, but we had a great rest. Very green, well-maintained territory, lots of locations for photos. The beach is wide and clean. Maybe the furniture is a little tired, but this is not a problem for us at all, we were only in the room to change clothes and sleep. The water pressure is good, cleaning is done every day, the beds are comfortable. We had a room with a view of the wall, but again, I repeat:it doesn't matter to us, for whom it matters, we need to take a Deluxe View garden room, then there will be a view of the territory or a bungalow. The breakfasts are delicious with a good selection of both local dishes and the usual products we are used to (eggs:scrambled eggs, scrambled eggs, boiled, sausages, bacon, pate, sausage, cheese), lots of vegetables and fruits. The staff themselves are very friendly, we arrived not quite in season, there are few people, the atmosphere is homely. Everyone knows you by sight, they greet you. The pool is magnificent with an Infinity effect, so when you swim, it feels like you're in the sea. Located in the very center of the tourist area, everything is nearby:currency exchange, pharmacy, shops, massage, fruits. In general, everything is perfect for us, we plan to return.

We stayed at this hotel in July 2025, and we liked everything in general, but there were some nuances that I would like to share with you, especially since I have already read about a number of negative aspects in reviews about this hotel. Perhaps the hotel management will pay attention to this after all!!! First, there are the bats that live on the roof of the main building. It's just a nightmare!!! You won't be able to go out on the balcony because everything is in the city..no, there is no place to dry things and, accordingly, on the balcony is not the best option. Secondly, people are deceived about the bar, allegedly you took paid water and have to pay for it, allegedly you took an umbrella and did not return it, and you also need to pay for it when you evict. Check everything!!! Especially How the documents for the return of umbrellas are issued at the reception. Thirdly, especially for blondes!!! I don't know what they're pouring into the pool, but our hair has turned green and our swimsuits have turned green too. That's why I don't recommend wearing white swimsuits, but I don't even know what to recommend about hair)) Getting a brunette 🤣 Well, that's probably all the cons of this hotel. We were lucky with the weather, there was little rain, and we swam in the sea every day, despite the fact that July - August is not the season in Mui Ne. There are many Russians and Chinese in the hotel. We had a great company from different cities of Russia, we had a lot of fun. I recommend the hotel, it attracts 4 people, very beautiful territory, lots of ponds with fish, lots of palm trees and beautiful manicured lawns. The food is generally not bad, but sooooo peculiar. In any case, you will not stay hungry, and if you suddenly get hungry, there are many excellent cafes outside the hotel with a huge amount of seafood and all sorts of goodies. And you can buy excellent rum at the PHARMACY!!! (yes, you are not mistaken)))) Anton's, which is located almost opposite the exit from the hotel. Anyway, you can change money from Anton at a good rate, and it's not expensive to order excursions and buy souvenirs with big discounts. There is a massage parlor to the left of the hotel exit, I highly recommend it!!! Super massage and very inexpensive. Minuses: 1) passports are taken away at the reception at the entrance; 2) they were checked into a room near a garbage dump, had to be changed with an additional fee; 3) Wi-Fi does not work well in the hotel; 4) 1 small tube of shampoo (30 ml) and 1 small tube of shower gel (30 ml) per day are provided in the room for two, that is, it turns out half a tube (15 ml each) of shampoo and gel per person per day (photo attached); 5) not all sun loungers have umbrellas; those who do not have time to take a good place will have to roast under the scorching sun, you need to run to take a place in the morning - before breakfast; 6) nearby there is a surf school, surfers often cut through the sea near the beach; one surfer touched my leg with his board, a bruise and a hematoma formed, you need to look around so that some surfer does not injure; 7) divorce for money at the reception during eviction!!! (they present a check for non-existent expenses, we were presented with a check for allegedly drinking a bottle of 75,000 dong water, at first they demanded 96,000, then they reduced it to 75,000). The room was booked with a terrace or balcony, upon check-in, they found that the balcony was very small and with one "half-length", respectively, my husband and I could not relax there together. The view of the room on the terrible concrete wall, behind which was the neighboring hotel. They cleaned it every day, which is a plus, but they didn't give out shampoo and gel if there was even a little left in the tubes. I had to buy my own. There are a lot of locals on weekends, and the hotel is packed. The receptionist and the assistants at the reception were very rude. We asked questions about the translator when we checked in, because they don't speak Russian (although they used to speak without problems). After our questions, we were told, also with the help of an interpreter, that "they do not support the Russian service and we cannot expect any help from them in any matters." That's when my husband and I were very shocked. It will deteriorate a lot during this time. We will not return to it again.

We waited at the airport for three hours, as not all passengers checked in and we had to wait.
