Friendly and welcoming staff, receptionists speak excellent English. Allowed us to check in early, clean, comfortable and spacious room with complimentary tea and coffee. Nice balcony in room too. Sauna and swimming pool nice and clean, good breakfast. Would reccomend and I enjoyed my stay at this lovely hotel.

If you plan to visit Grodno, stay at this hotel. 1. Elegant rooms, thoughtful interior and useful little things. In the room: TV, air conditioning, refrigerator, kettle, hairdryer, safe, wi-fi, comfortable beds and stunning linens. 2. Quiet area with walking distance to tourist spots, transportation 3. Breakfast is a buffet. Fresh and varied dishes, dairy, desserts, light and nutritious. Many thanks to the kitchen staff. 4. Special thanks to the staff, especially Svetlana and Tatiana. It feels like it's not just a job - it's a commitment for each client to make their vacation memorable. It is worth noting the security staff - always on duty and always friendly. I really like the advantages of clean, beautiful rooms, a snow-white bathroom with a set of towels. The room has a comfortable large bed, a wardrobe with hangers, a table with a kettle and tea/coffee, a chair, an armchair, a shoe cabinet. The sockets are right next to the bed. Polite staff. Delicious breakfast. It was enough for me, it was even a lot. Pancakes with ham and cheese are very tasty, fritters, 2 types of sausages, fresh sausage and ham. Fruits: oranges, grapefruits, apples, grapes . Muesli, yoghurts. Sovetskaya is a 10-15-minute walk away. About a kilometer away. There were no slippers in the room, there was a standard room. At night, the room is warm and comfortable to sleep in.

I was part of the tour group m on September 27-28. Everything is fine, I start with a meeting, a table was set where you can have a little drink and a snack from the road. A special employee will help deliver things to the room. I'll note the cleanliness starting from the threshold of the hotel.personally, I felt warm and cozy. Delicious, fresh breakfasts, I won't say that there is a lot of choice, but these are breakfasts. Delicious pancakes with potatoes and mushrooms, pastries. The administrators are very attentive and there are no questions that they would not answer. Beautiful decoration of the halls. There is even an alarm clock in the room, which is important for tourists when they are tired and afraid to oversleep in the morning. There is an electric kettle, tea bags, coffee, sugar. Special thanks for your attention to me, happy birthday and a present. I really want to return to wonderful Grodno and stay in this wonderful hotel. Thanks for the reception.

The rating is "4" because the price/quality ratio is too high. There are many more interesting hotels in the city. But the hotel is not bad, somewhat simple, but not bad. We visited in July 2025. Overall, it's not bad. The renovation is not very fresh, let's say, from 2015 - still not bad, but already tired. From the good: clean, friendly and helpful staff, delicious and varied buffet breakfast. The location is good. There is a small parking lot under the gate. On the downside, the spa and pool were not working. I wonder if the room price takes this point into account?))) The TV in the room was NOT working, it was strange that the staff knew about it, but they replaced it only after we noticed it ourselves))) There were no disposable slippers in the room. For me, this is also a minus☺️ Price - a controversial point. 300 rubles for a small standard room with breakfast. Is it expensive? Compared to the apartment, yes, probably, compared to the prices of hotels, no, probably)) In general, feelings remained mixed.

Super hotel in Grodno, we really liked it, we stayed 2 nights. We had a suite. Very spacious, bright, comfortable, bathrobes, slippers, hairdryer, refrigerator, sleeping area and living room, electric fireplace. Thanks to the hotel for our wonderful stay. A normal hotel is a 15-minute walk from the center. A delicious varied breakfast. You can leave your luggage after check-out. I take points for the inconvenient location of furniture and sockets in the room, as well as for the cobwebs at the bedside table. The TV in the room is located in the corner so that the image is visible from the bed by 50 percent, there are not enough sockets near the bed. There was a spider web over one of the bedside tables, it hadn't been cleaned for a long time. On the day of arrival, the receptionist was very friendly. The hotel is great!!! We were in October 2025 with children (one and a half years and 15 years old)! The staff is very friendly and kind! The service is very good! Towels were changed every day! The room is clean! The location is very convenient, there are shops, and the old town is 10-15 minutes away on foot. On the plus side: Nice hotel, clean, large rooms, delicious breakfast, but not much choice. Cons: it's a long way from the city center, about 25 minutes on foot. The pool doesn't work in summer, it's a pity. It is during the summer period after or before a walk around the city that I want to swim and relax in the water, I personally really missed the pool. Conveniently located, close to the main attractions and the pedestrian street...the hotel itself is OK, it's a pity there is no elevator and the spa does not work on weekends... the room is normal, the only thing is a very strong noise and the crackling of the fan in the shower and toilet...strong wind howling in the rooms on the 4th floor... We had a chance to spend the New Year's weekend at this hotel, and we were disappointed. We booked a double standard room (10 rooms) On January 1st and 2nd. I'll start with the cons: - The smell of cigarettes. It's very specific. Upon check-in, they specifically warned that smoking was prohibited, and reminder signs were posted everywhere. Nevertheless, you enter the room as if it were a smoking room. Either the neighbors are smoking non-stop, or they've been smoking here all the time that the hotel has been here, and it's already soaked into the furniture. - In a room for two, everything is set up for one person. A small bed (I would say a child's bed) and one 1.5m wide blanket. We got a single room after all. -A soap dish without soap -The spa is closed on holidays (or only on January 1). The choice fell on this hotel, partly because there is a spa here. The fact that the spa will not work during our stay, I found out at the reception when I checked in. This was not stated anywhere at the time of booking. -Interest on the website and in reality are completely different things. We came across a room with furniture from the noughties. Everything is very old, even if it is in good condition. The site also had other furniture, much more modern. The bathroom is literally 1 m2. It's too crowded for one person there. I don't know how she was photographed for the website, but the photo doesn't exactly reflect reality. - And finally, the price. For this money, you can rent a much better quality room in Minsk and even in Moscow. Unfortunately, we didn't have much choice due to the late booking. Of the advantages, I would like to mention only a good breakfast buffet, which is included in the price. It was really delicious, the food was varied and the staff was friendly.

We liked this hotel the most during our trip to Belarus and our stay in 7 different hotels every day! Let's start with the fact that the staff here is the most polite in the world, many thanks to the receptionist at the reception, that despite our late arrival, they and the guards brought us a cot for the baby and made the bed linen (they did not warn us about the baby in advance), the security officer helped us bring our suitcase to the room. The room itself was simply gorgeous, it was comfortable nowhere else. Glass floor-to-ceiling windows, fireplace, large rooms, we were like in paradise. The food in the Restaurant was slightly worse than in other hotels, but we didn't stay hungry. The restaurant staff are also very nice girls. In general, we were so satisfied and we enjoyed it so much that perhaps this will be a clear reason to return to the city of Grodno for the third time! 🩷

We rested for 5 days in June 2025. The hotel corresponds to the price and quality: the room is standard, but comfortable and cozy. The staff is friendly and always ready to help. The room has everything except slippers. Bottled water only at check-in, then cold water was collected in a cooler on the ground floor. The center is 10-15 minutes away. There was always a parking place next to the hotel. The breakfasts are good, although of course I wanted a variety in 5 days. But you won't stay hungry for sure. It's a pity that the restaurant is not open - we have to go to the center. In the next house, the Krasny Pishchevik company store offers delicious marmalade and marshmallows for home gifts. And in the evening we walked with pleasure to the old cemetery very close by - a very colorful place. So I recommend the hotel to all vacationers, just book in advance - there are not enough places for everyone.(the hotel is small).

I didn't like the hotel. The only advantage is the location. 10 min walk from the center. There is no elevator. It was a good thing that the room was on the ground floor. But other tourists had to carry heavy suitcases after a full day of excursions, as everyone was tired and wanted to move in as soon as possible. Yes, the employee helps with the suitcase, but he is alone, and there are many tourists. It's still inconvenient. The breakfasts are very modest. They save on everything. One roll of toilet paper (there is always a spare in other places), no dental kit and no bathrobe. Even on request. The receptionists did not wake up at the right time in the morning. In its response, the business is very disingenuous that there was no request. There was a request!

It's a great hotel, less than 10 minutes walk to the center. Yes, the style is slightly out of date. But! Very clean, friendly staff. We checked in 2.5 hours earlier than the scheduled time. Special thanks for that. The room was a semi-suite, 40 square meters, a lot of space, class. The room is clean, and so is the hotel! There were bathrobes and slippers in the room. And one more big plus! We almost never find an air freshener in a toilet anywhere in hotels, it's a very necessary thing, and here it was! Hello, I liked the hotel very much, the room is beautiful, there is everything you need, everything works. We spent one night as part of an excursion group. The check-in is very organized and fast. Natalya and Artyom, the receptionist, are friendly and able to solve all issues quickly. A welcome little treat is so unexpected and pleasant! The breakfast is very good, delicious. I was on an excursion tour of western Belarus. I spent the night in three hotels -in Minsk, Grodno, Brest. The Semashko Hotel in Grodno turned out to be the best. I would give it 5 stars. The rooms are excellent! Clean, modern, cozy. There is a safe, kettle, mini bar, excellent shower room. The staff is friendly. The meeting left the most pleasant impressions - a welcome buffet was served. The breakfast is very varied and delicious. I highly recommend the Semashko Hotel.

A normal hotel, but well below the expectations formed from its price and other reviews. For 270 Belarusian rubles, you expect a good room and service. As a result, there was a small room, which was even more cluttered with a second double bed, for some reason not even made. The heat in the room. There was a candle, but right above my head, they did not dare to turn it on, because I had to sleep, and they give me a cold. For that kind of money, there were no bathrobes, no slippers, no dental kits, or even 0.5 bottles of complimentary water, which is usually available in the simplest hotels. If you want to drink, pay another 1.4 rubles for 0.5 of their bar. Well, or we had to walk down from the 4th floor 2 times at night, since there is no elevator to the car: first for a toothbrush, then for water. Breakfast is a normal buffet. Among the advantages: delicious pancakes and brewed coffee. But there was no birch juice or dishes of Belarusian cuisine, as we rolled out our lips reading some reviews. Among the advantages: the nice design of the stairs, the presence of a balcony (it seems you can smoke on it, but it was not relevant to us). But the so-called "view" from the room is just a noisy street with a dull shopping center, and not something historical.

Excellent hotel in the very center of Grodno. In terms of price-quality ratio, this is one of the best deals. The rooms are cozy, the staff is friendly and attentive, the only thing is, when checking in, ask for rooms with windows facing the courtyard, since if the windows face Antonova Street, it's a little noisy in the morning from the traffic passing under the windows. In the evening there is an opportunity to visit the sauna, swim in the pool, drink herbal tea, the sauna is open from 18 to 21 hours. Breakfast is a buffet, a strong four on a five-point scale. I recently discovered this hotel and I'm not going to change it yet. On the downside, parking is sometimes difficult.

A gorgeous new hotel in Grodno! The owner has invested in his brainchild a huge talent, modern trends in the hotel business and an amazing sense of style! The beauty and purity are amazing! At the reception, the charming Tatiana worthily carries the hospitality watch, and Artyom helps the guests carry their things to the room. Our Royal Grodno tour group was even served a buffet by the Rus travel agency! The restaurant starts at 7 a.m., the set of dishes is wide, everything is fresh and delicious! We are staying at this hotel for the second time! Everything is great- the location, parking, delicious breakfasts, friendly staff, cleanliness! I really enjoyed visiting the sauna and pool, the comfort was at a high level - very clean, herbal tea with honey, and most importantly, the very warm attitude of the employee, surrounded us with attention and care (we were on 30.01.25). The breakfasts are great, the restaurant is glamorous. The girls at the reception are friendly. One of the disadvantages is a narrow bed - 1.4 m. My husband and I slept together.
