Nice hotel, very nice staff at the reception and in the restaurant. The food is simple, but tasty and satisfying. Nearby there is a Forest zoo, a Nature museum, horseback riding, an ecotrope, a rope park. In summer it will be especially beautiful on the territory. If you don't get there by car, it's convenient to order a minibus through Kit Express - it stops right at the checkpoint, and not on the main highway. BUT I give one star - since the refund process for the unproven accommodation service was delayed (we lived in the Serguch hotel complex, there was no heating, and it was still cold outside and in the room, respectively, too, the air conditioner hummed terribly, its repair was postponed, we moved out, the receptionist accepted the room and the application, promised a refund for the remaining paid days of stay, but three weeks have passed, we have been calling the administration to no avail so far, despite the fact that international calls from Russia to Belarus are 40 rubles one minute...)

We were a small company on March 1 after the Carnival festivities. The renovation is good and fresh. This is where the advantages of the restaurant end. The waitress was alone, she didn't know the menu. They gave 70 rubles for 2 tasteless pickles, 2 heated mashed potatoes with a cutlet in the microwave, and 1 salad. It's so tasteless, we haven't eaten in a long time. They brought borscht to friends, and when asked why it was green, the waitress hesitated, but did not go to the cook to find out. Guys, if you call yourself a restaurant, and you have no competition as such, then bear this burden with dignity so that you want to return to you, and not compare you to some kind of eatery.

Quiet, peaceful place, comfortable rooms, recently renovated. Separately, it is worth noting the location - a nature reserve. There are forests around, you wake up in the morning, you go outside - such an air, such tranquility, a mini zoo nearby, various activities. I would have put 5 if it wasn't for the breakfasts
