Terrible service. I came for a slow cooker 4 times. I brought it for repairs for the first time. They asked for ₽300 and took a slow cooker. Then there was silence for two weeks and a call — come on, it's ready. I arrived, waited 40 minutes for the opening. Then they plug the slow cooker into the outlet in the service with me — I hear a pop (short circuit). They smile and ask to come back later, they say that the "fuse". Left. They call and say that they connected another cord to the slow cooker and everything works, they say the problem was in the short circuit on the cord itself. I return 3 days later for a slow cooker, and when I turn it on, it turns out that the ten does not heat at all. Let's go shamanize in front of me, I'm waiting again... They take it out, it seems OK, the ten has warmed up in the "frying" mode. They say that "they forgot to connect the wiring to the ten during assembly." Of course, it's a school—level excuse, but even so, it turns out that no one checked it at all (for 3 days) after the KZ! I was in a hurry and drove home. At home, it turned out that the cereal regime does not warm at all. I bring them back, show them this and suggest 2 ways: now I have it fixed quickly, or a full refund of my money (₽2900). They don't want to make a refund, they go shamanizing, they promise to buy the semistor again in 2 days. I had already rolled out xs how much gasoline and was not ready to wait for Friday, which would turn into Monday. He asked for a refund of my money. I was threatened that they would break the slow cooker back to the way it was (it won't turn on). But they don't offer to fill the gasoline tank "as it was" and no one will return my time to me. I had to call the police to pick up the slow cooker and ₽2900. The service is disgusting, the attitude towards customers is like suckers, they are hanging noodles... Especially the director, who is a very hypocritical person who does not hear anything. He also allows himself to be insulted out of the blue. Yes, I was not happy, but I did not insult anyone there. I will write a complaint to Rospotrebnadzor. In any case, do not trust YOUR TIME to this service! As a result, I lost more than if I had just bought a new slow cooker right away! I believe that such a "repair" should not exist at all!

Ordinary scammers. I don't recommend it. We dragged on for a week and couldn't diagnose the heater. After the demand to give it back, they said (came up with) what's the matter with the control board and charged half the cost of the heater for repairs. I took it from them and took it to another service, they did it in one day, the sensor turned out to be broken, which costs a penny.
