Добрый день. Заказала замену стекол 26.10.2025г, готовы были только 05.11.2025г. Девушки неприветливые, ни здрасьте, ни до свидания, ни извините, за то, что так долго делали. Хотя при заказе обещали готовность через 2 дня.

Все деньги ушли на рекламу. Пришли в оптику. Выбрали оправу, проверили зрение. "Не можем оформить - приходите завтра". Ладно, пришли. Долгое ожидание, платная проверка зрения. Ой, а на ваши линзы у нас нет оправ, обратитесь в другую оптику. Что? Вы не могли это в первый день сказать?
