We were invited to dine and taste the most delicious meat dishes in Samarkand. The whole shoulder of mutton is really delicious, especially. However, the recipe was kept secret. Of course it's natural. There is also fried meat, similar in shape to beef stroganoff, but amazingly tasty. The decoration of the hall is simple but cozy.
