A very cozy place with an excellent selection of dishes from the representatives of the marine world. The freshest oysters of all countries and colors, the most delicate scallops (bravo to the chefs) and octopus tentacles, delicious lobster and a decent selection of drinks according to mood and wishes.

The seafood quality is excellent. Even abroad, I have not tasted such a perfectly cooked octopus : juicy, meaty, and flavorful. And most importantly, it is not rubber. The oysters are fresh. Good desserts for a highly specialized restaurant. My favorite is passion fruit cream.

Poisoning with stale/spoiled scallops.
I was with my family on June 18, 2022 from ~19 to ~21-07. The waiter is Arseny. My wife ordered scallops. I liked the kitchen and the service.
Two hours later, diarrhea, vomiting. Ruined night, ruined health. A trip to the 24-hour pharmacy for sorbents.
Leaving SFB Minsk, the wife said that she would remember Minsk for this restaurant, she liked everything so much. They really remembered.

I have always believed that seafood should be tasted where there is a sea. To keep them fresh. Therefore, I was skeptical about seafood dishes in our country. After visiting the Seafood bar, I changed my mind. Everything was at the highest level. Stu from the octopus was pleasantly surprised that the octopus itself turned out to be so gentle. And the Thai salad is just lovely. My husband highly appreciated the service. He works as a waiter himself, so he knows all the nuances of proper service. We will definitely come back here again. I advise everyone.
