We visited SFB for the first time at the end of April 2023. I really liked it! Alexey is the face of this institution! Everything he recommended, including wine, was beyond praise.
The experience of visiting in the middle of July this year was sad. Alexey didn't work, unfortunately.... Everything is delicious, the service is good. But!!! Poisoned by miso black cod! I didn't expect it! But the fact is! The desire to visit this institution in the future has disappeared. Be careful! Take care of yourself!

The night before, I walked by at midnight and they washed the tables and cleaned up after work. I took nicoise and the most delicate scallops with corn sauce. I liked everything. As a compliment, a ball of fragrant mango sorbet.

Some dishes are simply delicious and unique.
Scallop ceviche is just a bomb from outer space =)
Black cod is also a fire.
The oysters are perfectly open.

The only reason why I put 4 points?
In the restaurant itself, the hood cannot cope with the open kitchen, so there are smells of frying and deep-frying, which is not very acceptable for such an institution.
