The service is top-notch, the staff is very polite. The workers are wearing clean overalls, so it's not a big deal to let them into the salon. They do everything on their own, even for a collapse, they don't need any help from the car owner. We were accepted out of turn as nonresidents, because we were passing by Minsk and there was a breakdown. Prices, of course, are much higher than in Gomel, but this is not critical. Thank you so much for your work and humanity!!! ❤️

The second time I encountered the same situation: I signed up - they say bring the car, brought it to the opening, the repair (replacement of the hood opening cable) had to be carried out by agreement on the day of the request. After lunch, no one answered the phone or called back, by the end of the day the phone was picked up, and when asked if it was possible to pick up the car, the answer was: you can pick it up, but no one took it and it's not a fact that we will do it tomorrow... Why write it down if no one is going to study, there is no answer. The tent is more than a HUNDRED!

We were passing through Minsk from Brest and faced a problem — there was an oil leak. We called the Chance Service service station, as it was the nearest place, and we wanted to at least diagnose it in order to understand the reason. They asked by phone if there was an opportunity to arrive today, even on a first—come, first-served basis. We didn't need any free help, we were ready to pay for the diagnosis. To be honest, the employee's response on the phone was very surprising: we were simply told to "go to the place where you were served." Customer orientation is "on the level"! That was the end of the conversation. This is the first time we have encountered such an attitude towards potential clients. We didn't require urgent repairs, but just wanted to find out the cause of the problem. The administration is kindly requested to pay attention to the work of employees who communicate with customers by phone. Sometimes basic politeness and a desire to help can play a big role.
