Of course, the hotel does not pull at five stars. Outwardly, everything is decent. But: we were checked in from 7 a.m. to two. It would seem that the check-in is before three, and it doesn't seem to be late, but this is the first time I've had this, we came for a vacation, 10 hours on the road and half a day languishing in the heat. They didn't offer to eat or drink. The shower drain did not work in the rooms (we had 4 rooms). There was a swamp, they talked about the problem at the reception, they spread their hands and said that it was the same throughout the hotel. The room was cleaned, and pigeon droppings were present on the balcony already upon check-in, friends in the room were not cleaned at all for three days until they kicked. The beach is small but very clean. Sun beds and towels can always be found. The pool area is great too! The staff is polite. They always helped. The food (we took breakfasts and dinners) was varied and delicious, if we came closer to the end, everything was always there. There is an ironing board, iron, tea and coffee in the room for free.

A great hotel, I've never regretted choosing it! Yes, he seemed to have fallen ill on the "out of the way", but there was a rest there. This is not a city hotel, but if you need to relax, and only 1-2 times to get to Dubai, then this is the perfect place! Firstly, the awesome beach: white soft sand, gentle approach and stone chops from the waves. Ideal for children.
Secondly, incredibly delicious food! What great chefs! I wanted to thank everyone! Each dish is very tasty! There is a wide variety of meat for dinner: lamb, chicken, fish, seafood, and all this together, not just one thing. And there is always plenty of everything! And it's just sooo delicious, it's impossible to break away! Desserts are awesome, with different berries up to blueberries and blackberries.
We took breakfast, lunch and dinner and did not regret it, although we always went with full bellies)))) there is no point in taking all inclusive, there is really no alcohol there, and as I understand it, ice cream is not included and it can be bought at the bar anyway. And drinks for dinner and lunch are always available.
Gorgeous pool, very friendly staff. We were settled earlier without taking a penny, the deposit was also not taken from us.

Nice hotel, first coastline. The pool is large enough. There is a pool for kids. The staff is very friendly. I liked the service. The girls at the reception are very friendly! I didn't remember the name of the cute girl with glasses, special thanks to her! The food was only breakfast-good. Thanks to the chef! And to all the guys at the stove)! And the convenient location of the hotel, Ajman 5-10 minutes (on foot or 20 dirhams by taxi), Dubai 30-40 minutes (100 dirhams)-profitable for a company of 4 people. In a word, I liked everything, we will definitely come back!.

This is a very cool hotel. I chose it on the recommendation of a man who lives in Dubai and did not regret it. This is a lovely 5* hotel with its own private beach and two pools. My husband and I spent the May holidays here and were very satisfied. Service, living conditions, food - everything is at the highest level.
Of the disadvantages, probably only one: the girls at the reception do not speak Russian. I had no problems with this, I speak English perfectly. But for those who do not know English, a translator will help you.

The weather is + 23, the sea is not cold. The disadvantage is the lack of infrastructure in hotels for young children after 18.00. The hotel is not close to the walking areas, so there is not much place to walk with a child in close proximity,

It is unclear why, when visiting a restaurant, they ask for the full name and room number every time, about the same picture on the beach when handing out towels, you need to sign yourself and the employee also writes down which number. The hotel's contingent has dropped, there are a lot of children. All additional services such as hammam, sauna, etc. are paid.Aqua aerobics is held at the nearby hotel, but nothing at the Sheraton. Good afternoon. We rested together in this beautiful hotel in June 2023. The hotel is chic, the service is excellent, the food is varied and delicious, the pool is clean. We arrived at the hotel closer to night (we were late for dinner), but despite this, the girl at the reception Zharkyn directed us to the alyakart restaurant, where we were very, very tasty fed. We were settled in a room on the 3rd floor, with a view of the neighboring hotel and the bay (a room without a balcony), but this did not upset us either). Everything was fine. Zharkyn helped us with any question, for which she is very grateful. In the restaurant, all the waiters are very friendly and polite. I would especially like to mention the waiter Abesh, very attentive, polite and friendly. Absolutely everywhere you are met and escorted with a smile. We are grateful to absolutely all employees, very friendly and will help with any questions. We will definitely return many more times to this fairy tale.

The hotel is not for the fussy
Many people write that the hotel is good, but it clearly does not pull for 5 *. A good four.
About the advantages:
A beautiful building. It's like a castle.
They settled perfectly - right away. The room is spacious and pleasant. Large bathroom with shower and bathtub. Toilet and bidet. They even gave it a balcony. (Those who do not have a balcony - the windows do not open in the room, do not ventilate, keep in mind. The
beds are high, the mattresses are stunningly comfortable, the linen is crisp.
It is very convenient that dinner was before 22.30: we often returned from excursions late / from the shopping center - you could always grab something
The area with the pool is very beautiful.
The continent of vacationers is calm family people, you will not meet anyone on the street after 21.
There is not much place to walk around the hotel - there is a pharmacy, and restaurants, a modern food court, but there is no point in it, because you eat at the hotel.
Inside the hotel there is an opportunity to eat in restaurants (according to the all inclusive menu) - an Italian restaurant and a marine one. Sushi / fish. It's delicious there.
The sea and the beach are pleasant, white sand, the water is clean, transparent (at least in March)
There are a lot of free sunbeds, we went out to the beach after breakfast in the area of 11, we always found free places. There is no running around with taking seats, it's so nice!
If you plan to travel to Dubai, the trip will take about an hour. Back from Dubai to the hotel, there are also terrible traffic jams in the evenings, we barely left for 300 dirhams.
The hotel offers excursions on the 1st floor, you can go to the sightseeing tour from 13-19 by bus for only $ 25/ person.
Next, about the disadvantages: There are no disposable accessories in the bathroom. There are cans of shampoo/conditioner and shower gel nailed to the wall in the shower, why wash if you're in the bathroom? As luck would have it, this time I decided not to take anything from the soap dish. I thought they'd give you everything at the Sheraton.
The rooms are cold in early March. I asked for a heater - they didn't give it, they say it's impossible.
Our biggest disappointment is the food. Such food in a 5* hotel is no good!
Eating in the communal dining room, already from the 3rd day I was already sitting tight on creon.
Almost everything was overcooked / breaded / filled with sauces, spices.
The children had absolutely nothing to eat in the first days! Then the situation began to improve: vegetable salads were cut, fruits were added, baked meat / chicken / fish appeared. Not with gravy, and fried.
In general, for those who are on the pp; we still need to look. I still haven't found cottage cheese, without which I can't, only yoghurts. No porridge in the morning. There is no children's table. There is no baby food - purees of all kinds. Sealed (!!) yoghurts. No just boiled chicken/meat. Without spices and other things. There are no baby soups.
There is a children's table in the children's area, but it is empty, or the fruits are simply cut there.
Minimum number of fruits/ vegetables. But there are a lot of rolls and flour. Bananas have been given in recent days only. And so : green watermelon, melon, apples, pears.
And another important point; despite the huge number of children in the hotel, the food stands are located at a decent height from the floor. Thus, the children (a 9-year-old son) could not normally come up and put food for themselves. I went and put everything on him. A very strange, ill-considered decision.
For dinner, they somehow put a "semolina dessert" - it turned out to be semolina porridge)) for dinner.
Next: on about the 6th day, the son was severely poisoned: he vomited for 2 days, they did not understand: that day he swam in the pool - either from there, or from the dining room. Be careful!
Cured with coke! By the way.
Those who travel with children across the sea and are not particularly picky about food - the hotel can be recommended!
I noticed: There is some kind of imaginary economy in the hotel: beach towels are very strictly monitored, you sign for each one everywhere, the card data is entered somewhere, except that you do not receive it by passport.
We had all-inclusive meals, they told us to put on bracelets upon arrival - we stripped them, we tanned ourselves on them, so one of the waiters gave me a strict reprimand to carry these bracelets with me, since I did not want to wear them, and all this: for asking to pour tea.
There is no water/sweets in the lobby of the hotel, or what usually happens for guests. Not that we really need them, but they demonstrate their attitude towards the guests. The hospitality of the hotel.
For several days we did not change the bed linen, for many days we put 2 towels instead of 3, although we lived in a room with three people. All this is extremely strange, considering that this is the Sheraton of the Marriott chain, and in such a prosperous and rich country.
My son vomited for 2 days, lay in the room, we went for a walk, giving the opportunity to clean up: I took off his sheet right now, and rolled up on the bed, we came - it was dirty and made up.
I called the maid back - apologized, rearranged.
There are such shoals - but they fix everything. They apologize.
In the middle of the rest, we return to our room in the afternoon - the youngest had to sleep. And we hear knocking and noise - repairs have begun above us. Is it normal to do it during the start of the high season? It was a whole winter. I didn't even bother to go and find where the knocking was - they were rearranging the tiles in the room on the 4th floor. The rumble is decent!
There is also no entertainment at the hotel. There is a children's room, it is open until 18.
We were on the beach until about 14. Then we went to lunch, took a shower. Sleep. We got up just at 17.30 - we didn't get into the room anymore.
There is also nowhere to walk outside the territory. If you only go to Sharjah/ Dubai by taxi / transfer.
In general, they left in some kind of confusion. We had a rest, but we didn't manage to eat well 😄

Great hotel. You get into an Arabic fairy tale. Cleanliness, room cleaning daily. Bar (tea, coffee, water) - daily. The beach is clean, white soft sand, there are a lot of sunbeds, there is enough space to sunbathe. The pool on the territory is not large, but because the beach is a couple of steps from the pool-it's not cretic. The kitchen is good, but the choice is not great. The workers are trying, always clean at the tables. It is convenient that there is always a city taxi at the exit of the hotel, payment by the counter in cash or by card. In general, the hotel is good, convenient location, if you like a quiet holiday, the hotel will suit you.

We had a rest in September. The weather is +37+40. It's hot)) The 5* hotel is suitable, the food is varied and delicious. There were enough sunbeds on the sea at any time of the day, but the problem with the pool ... at 7:00 everything is already occupied with towels, however, there are no people there. It is necessary to change the terms of use of the pool, that it is impossible to book sun beds (leave towels and leave for a few hours)!and it's not in season. For such people who take a place by the sea and by the pool, you simply do not have to give the card.
There is a free shuttle service from the hotel to the local shopping centers. There is enough time to Dubai Mall for 50 dirhams per person in both directions (10:30-16:00).
The sea is clean and very warm, the beach is well maintained. the entry into the sea is uniform, however, when the tide is out in the morning, the sea becomes shallow.
The safe is paid and the products in the refrigerator are also for a fee.
We took a room with a sea view, but we did not like the view very much, because the windows were dirty, streaked with dust and sand, as if they were not washed at all. In general, the room is comfortable, but when leaving the room, the air conditioner always turns on at 22 degrees, and it's quite cold when returning to the room.

It feels like all the great reviews have been bought. I visited this hotel in April 2024. There is an absolute price/quality discrepancy. The beach is ugly and shallow. To swim properly, you need to climb over the limiter to the beautiful nearby Coral Hotel (of course, you can be caught and ashamed of doing this).
Sunbeds need to be occupied at 6 a.m., and then at 7 a.m. put a towel on it. The food is ugly for that kind of money, flies fly in the restaurant... the staff's bad attitude towards Russians, especially in the pool area. There is a cafe in the pool, you can buy chips, while chasing children with these chips (go to the room, eat, restaurant, etc.). About this, local Muslims are also allowed to have picnics with food in bags, trays ... For such a lot of money, I do not recommend this hotel.

Very nice hotel! After a night shift, we were at the hotel at 9:00 and immediately checked in. Excellent service! Good location on the border with Ajman. The algomarket is 30 minutes on foot and 5 minutes by taxi . There is a cafe 10 minutes from the hotel and then a promenade street with shops and restaurants. Good breakfasts! Great warm pool! The sea is really very shallow , especially if the tide is out . You won 't be able to swim with a mask and a breaststroke ! But if you just swim and stay in the sea, it's enough! I recommend it!

We stayed at this hotel in May 2024. A very beautiful building, in oriental style. Access to the sea through shady palm alleys along the magnificent pool through a staircase leading down. The hotel was fully populated by approximately 95% Russian-speaking guests, with all the staff being English-speaking. All rooms of the hotel are cold: the air conditioners operate at low temperatures, which is why almost all of our company caught a cold and got sick. By 07 o'clock in the morning, all the sun beds by the sea and the pool are already occupied. Towels are not enough for everyone and not always, there is often a queue waiting for the next batch to arrive. The sea resembles the c/f of the sinking Titanic. Aunts who previously probably chose Sochi, Egypt and Turkey gather in circles at sea and arrange simultaneous conversations about life. There is a small construction site nearby from the sea, which is accompanied by noise and periodic emission of smelly gases. The food was monotonous, although beef / lamb / fish / chicken are presented, but somehow everything is not very tasty. One lady nearby, glancing at the proposed dish, rated it as "horseradish with carrots." Usually, on Thursdays (weekend eve) in UAE hotels there is a special delicious food with seafood and other goodies, but there is no such thing here.... But dirty plates are removed from the tables very quickly. Cleaning and room service (tea, coffee, etc.)they leave much to be desired !! If you like to sleep at night, then rooms with city views are not for you. From 04 o'clock. In the morning, prayer begins in all nearby mosques, which is loudly broadcast to the whole neighborhood. But if you are set up for rest and the sea, you can survive everything, but you probably won't be able to relax very much, although everything can be.Through the buoys you can move to the beach of the neighboring Coral Beach hotel, which has a delightful sea and beach, and you can have a snack in the restaurant near the beach or in the marine on the 2nd floor of the hotel - huge portions and everything is delicious. We arrived in Dubai at 9 a.m. We were at the hotel at 10. Check-in after 14. To go to the beach, I had to change my clothes. And at the 5* hotel they offered to change clothes in the toilet!!! I was shocked.
Wi-Fi is available only after check-in.
There was a reservation with a balcony and a sea view. But upon arrival, they began to offer different rooms. Sometimes without the sea, sometimes without a balcony. Only the 5th room was offered what I wanted and even much better.
Food. A large selection of various dishes.
Service. The staff is very friendly. All questions/requests were resolved quickly.
The beach is clean. Those who like to sleep, there may not be enough sun loungers under the awnings. We occupied it near the pool at 6 am. At 7 o'clock, there were no good places.
Would I want to come back here? Most likely, "Yes." Despite the shortcomings, I liked my stay at this hotel. As they say, flies see one thing, and bees see flowers

We really love this hotel, one of the best in Sharjah! Beautiful, clean, quiet, for a family holiday. The rooms are large, cleaned every day. Bathrobes, slippers, towels, daubs, kettle, cups, iron/board - everything is there and replenished daily. The staff speaks excellent English, and you can find it with Russian. The beach is white very fine sand, an artificial bay with breakwaters, the water is clean, there are fish/crabs. The food is very tasty, not such a run-up as in Turkey, but everything is very tasty and different every day. Meat, chicken in various sauces, seafood, fish, side dishes - rice with saffron, pasta, potatoes, fresh vegetables and pickles, fruits, pastries. There's enough food. There is no animation, but you can take excursions at the hotel (we have toured all the Emirates) or take a taxi and go for a walk to the center of Sharjah or Dubai. From the hotel they take you to the malls of Sharjah for free, but you need to sign up for the day. We went in high season - in the middle of April, there were families with small children, very good weather, the sea is warm, but the hotel is packed under the roof, 90% Russian. We were at the end of May, when the heat was already beginning - 70% were local Arabs with families, the Russian contingent is more solid, who travels here several times, the children will be very hot. We always take a room with a balcony, it's more expensive, but in the evening it's nice to sit in chairs, and it's better to dry swimsuits in the air. And the food can be chosen. We take breakfast-dinner (which can be changed for lunch), but there are few breakfasts - the whole day is outdoors, and restaurants are expensive. The deposit was canceled, which is inconvenient for us personally.

I liked everything! Everything is superclass! Everything for a real vacation! I don't mind any money. Next time I'll come only to the Sheraton!!! The only thing that is really missing in the room is an electric heated towel rail in the bathroom. Wet swimming trunks and other things do not have time to dry. And because of this, there is increased humidity in the room!

Отель неплохой, но не на 5 звезд. Да номера хорошие, сам отель красивый, первая линия, Но! Пляж маленький, лежаков на всех не хватает не на пляже не возле бассейна. Завтраки каждый день одни и те же, надоели уже на 3 день. Уборка в номерах сомнительного качества. Very nice, well-maintained hotel. Very clean, good-natured staff. Large bright rooms. The service is at a high level. The food is good, fruits, vegetables, fresh pastries, juices, dried fruits, Vietnamese coffee. The pools are clean, for adults, for children, the deck chairs are new, in sufficient quantity. Persian Gulf: the water is clear, clean, algae, which sometimes appear immediately cleaned. Free shuttles to shopping centers run daily. I recommend it !

I really liked the hotel! The service is at the highest level! Very friendly staff - everyone greets, smiles, the food is very tasty, varied, especially liked sweet desserts, freshly squeezed juices.
The room is cozy, clean, has everything you need. Cleaning is done every day.
There is a white sand on the beach, the sea is hot as "fresh milk". With us, the water temperature was 33 degrees (in June)
We checked in at one o'clock in the morning, rations were brought to our room. We were pleasantly surprised!
It is better to know English, the staff does not speak Russian, but there is a Russian-speaking girl at the reception.

A great beach hotel for a relaxing, family holiday. The territory is small, but cozy and green. Approaching the hotel, you already feel that your vacation has begun!
The rooms are spacious and clean. Keep in mind that not all rooms have a balcony, if that matters to you.
Outdoor temperature-controlled swimming pool.
A wide beach strip, the approach to the sea is gentle. There are breakwaters, and there is a big wild beach nearby.
There is no animation, and Sharjah as a whole is not about parties.
The staff is friendly and friendly.

The beach is small, sand, at low tide (in the morning) you can walk to the beeches, the sea is clean, but there is a big problem - tar on the shore and in the water, which you dirty your body, clothes and shoes by stepping on, is washed off the body and shoes only with oil, the oil is located by the pool lifeguard, tar is not clean up, dirty clothes for disposal. The staff is responsive, problems are solved quickly. The rooms are clean, the hotel and the grounds too. The pool is beautiful, it is mostly in the shade, very comfortable in hot weather.
