We rested from 09/23/2011. I really liked the hotel in all respects. Lovely hotel room. Cleaning every day. Replenishment of water.Very tasty and varied food, breakfast , lunch and dinner are all on time. Excellent service in the restaurant. We swam in the sea. The water is very warm. We have been flying to Dubai for 10 years, but at a different time of the year. For us it was the discovery of such a warm sea at this time of the year. The water in the sea is warm and clean. Due to the fact that there are breakwaters, the strong waves of the Persian Gulf do not reach the swimmers, so you can safely swim and enjoy the sea. There are places where it is shallow, there are places where it is deep! There is a place to walk after dinner. We will definitely try to come back next year and swim in this sea!! A large building, not the most convenient layout - it is not very convenient to go out into the city and move between buildings. Otherwise great.
Cool clean beach, soft sand, running barefoot is not scary. The water is clean, but it is on this beach that it is very shallow. You don't reach the bottom with your feet, only already at the buoys.
The pools are cool, one is warm, no one swims in the other)) One jamb is that due to the fact that it stands among the three tall buildings of the hotel itself, the sun falls on it only during a small period of the day, so the rest of the time it's still cool. It's probably good in summer, but it's easy to freeze in winter.
The staff is very polite, there is always a lifeguard by the sea and by the pool. However, be prepared for broken English - in order to be understood, I had to lower my English to the level of "London from the Capital of Great Britain".
The rooms are clean, cleaning once a day.
The nearest shops and pharmacies are a 20-minute walk away, and not the most pleasant walk, there are almost no pedestrian crossings and the sidewalks are all narrow.
Kitchen buzz. The all-inclusive buffet has always pleased with both local dishes and fast food, as well as familiar breakfasts like scrambled eggs or porridge.
From active recreation - beach volleyball and table tennis (issued rackets and a ball - gamno, I never played normally).
In general, I understand that the hotel is more family-run, in particular, it will be cool for children. There is nothing much to do, but it seems that this is called rest)) 😉
P.S. Take sun beds from early in the morning, there are often not enough of them there.

The hotel is good, we would love to visit again. Large swimming pool, nice beach, a minute from the hotel. They feed normally.. 80% of vacationers are Russian-speaking. The only disadvantage is that there is no Russian-speaking staff member. There are many restaurants within walking distance.

The beach is small. Breakfast for 4 out of 5. I recommend the fish restaurant to the left of the main entrance (100 meters) - the prices and quality are super.

We rested in early June for 10 days. There was no sweltering heat, there was even a fresh breeze) Last time we went in September - the air was like from a hot hair dryer.
The hotel, the service, the food - everything is great! Wi-Fi works great, even at sea)
We took breakfast + dinner. Delicious fresh pastries are served at breakfast, there are always fruits, coffee machines. At dinner there was always fish, many types of meat, there were often seafood-based dishes. Delicious desserts! Coffee machines do not work at dinner, but there is tea and juices. You can also order coffee on the menu-20 dirhams. 4 bottles of water are brought to the room every day. Until ~15-00 there is a "cart" with cold water and dates near the reception). There is a pool bar and a dessert bar in the Lobby. Ice cream~20 dirhams, coffee~20 dirhams, desserts from 15-20. At lunch, they mostly ate fruit, which they bought in the evenings in supermarkets ~ 20 minutes on foot. Download MapsMi or 2gis, there you will find all the nearest supermarkets on the map.
The hotel itself is very beautiful, clean, everyone is as friendly as possible. The pool is always in partial shade from the palm trees. Sea: strong tides in the morning, sometimes it was possible to walk to the stones. In the afternoon, the sea is excellent) In some places there are algae on the bottom, bunches) The first days were confused by these mounds of stones, then they got used to it. Moreover, crabs live in them, you can watch them😁 There are small fish swimming in the sea. There are no starfish.
Transfer to Malls. They take you to the Dubai Mall (min 40 from the hotel) for 50 dirhams per person. At 10.30 departure, at 17.00 to the hotel. And free transfers almost every day to 4 Malls: Sahara Mall, Mega Mall, Sharjah City Center and Alzakhia.
Overall, I liked the hotel! We'd even love to come back. The only thing is the location on the outskirts, there is nothing particularly interesting nearby.
Dollars were changed in supermarkets. Rather, they simply paid for the goods at the checkout in dollars, and they gave change in dirhams. Taxi, for example, to Ajman City Center- 20-25 dirhams. We went there for a walk after dinner. There is a clothing outlet store "Brands For Less"; one in the Mall itself and the second right next to the Mall, on foot 5min.

Good afternoon to all!! I am writing rather not a review, but an appeal to the hotel administration, because we just returned from there! I must say right away, we are quite adequate tourists and very often visit the UAE, so there is something to compare with. The hotel itself is very spacious, everything is thought out to the smallest detail (passages, entrances, exits), both for children and adults.
BUT!!! The main problem is the staff!!!🤦🏻♀️🤦🏻♀️🤦🏻♀️ Sorry, but I have to go through everything!!!
1. Reception.
A) I paid extra in advance for a room with a balcony and a sea view! We were given 627, where there was no review.. naturally, they turned to the reception, said they would provide another one within 3 hours, but nothing happened.. I didn't want to swear, so we closed the issue and stayed there.
B) with any appeal, there is a feeling of a burden that everyone is so busy, and we distract them from global affairs here..
C) when leaving, no one even bothered to warn us, they themselves found out for a long time when and who will pick us up, at what time ... this is nonsense at all!!! we weren't on the lists..
You understand, we are not coming to a guide, not to a tour company, we are coming to your hotel!!! It should be your well-coordinated work in the end!!!
2. The main restaurant!
A) waiters can walk past your table full of empty dishes for a long time and persistently and will not bother to pick it up.. well, as it is!!! You must have video surveillance.. Or no one else sees it, I don't understand..
B) I recommend thinking about changing the chef…
3. Cleaning, okay, plus or minus the norms. The only point with soap accessories... question!! Those who wash in the bathroom should wear shampoo and shower gel in their palms with a shower? Hang it by the bathroom, then maybe both gel and shampoo and balm ..
4. Repair by the pool.
For 7 days, I watched 5-6 people walking in circles and like working, and who is still there!! They are welded by Prof.the pipe can 't 🤦🏻♀️
5. Fish restaurant!!!!
Handsome guys!!! Cooks, waiters - just great!! 10 points on a 10-point scale!! Everything is really delicious!!!!

When asked why, I was informed that water is expensive in Dubai and in all hotels it is, but this is guile. We are not in Dubai for the first time and there are no problems with packaged tea, coffee and water in good conditions. This is the service. There is nothing near the hotel, there is nowhere to walk. The road to the center of Dubai takes about 40 minutes and the cost there is 100, back 120-130 derhamm. Taxi drivers in the Cartoon accept only cash, there are no terminals.

Absolutely fair assessment. Service, food beach does not cause almost any complaints. But.. When you check in, no one is waiting for you much.. I had to take out the luggage on the highway myself. The rooms are always clean, but I had to ask the cleaners for water. Gusti Restaurant-4+.Vna, ale.everything was perfect, then it got worse (assortment of drinks and buffet dishes. The exchange rate at the hotel is a predatory 3.2 instead of 3.6 dirhams per dollar. Beach and pool - 5 without comments. There is no animation in the hotel. The result is a calm, quiet hotel for a family holiday. And also - a lot of our compatriots... Everyone is very unfriendly... In a western hotel, as a rule, even in the elevator, they smile and greet you. You won't hear it here.

We arrived early in the morning, arrived at the hotel at about 9.00, we assumed until 12.00 we could take a walk for a while, the first bonus began to be issued, the room was given immediately. We didn't have time for breakfast, but at lunch we appreciated the food of the restaurant with a large selection of dishes and very tasty. Nice and friendly staff. There are good amenities, and the place is very calm and quiet. The room is quite large, with a view of the city 701. My family and I enjoyed every minute of our stay at the hotel. Mr. Essam is at the front desk, a very friendly and helpful employee. The 10 days spent at the hotel were wonderful. Once again I want to thank the hotel employee at the Essam check-in, for the gift from the hotel, to wait for the transfer to the airport until 15.00. I often read in the reviews that many people write, we will definitely come back and I didn't really believe why to go to the same hotel, there are others.
