I had an emergency, and all the nearby service stations and installations were busy. And then a very polite guy arrived and quickly helped solve the problem, although it was not a tire repair issue, but a service station. But he saved my wheel (the bolts of the brake caliper were unscrewed). The poor guy was doing his job in the rain, explained everything, answered all the questions. I was happy to leave a tip.
