We had a vacation with a child in August 2022. Thanks to the sales department, we booked everything as it is convenient for us. Of the advantages: it is located almost in the city, the bus runs regularly. There is a forest everywhere, a small lake-pond. A lot of locals are vacationing there. The nurses at the procedures are quite adequate and friendly. Everything else leaves an ambiguous impression: a standard room, everything seems to have beds, TV, Wi-Fi, bedside tables, toilet and shower, even cups with plates. Only somehow everything looks sad in the old way. Refrigerator and cooler on the floor. There is a hall with chess, but no one is playing. If a person is elderly and with sore legs, this is not acceptable, Like 3 buildings are connected, but while you get used to what and where, you run up the stairs, you will wind up such a mileage…The area is small and was not illuminated in the evening. Balls for children, tennis rackets with balls for a fee. Interesting procedures are again for a fee. It seems that everything is not expensive, but during the rest it runs up a little bit enough. From entertainment:cinema in the evening, 30 minutes dancing for children, an hour and a half dancing for adults. There are not enough people willing.Our issue with the shower was solved for 3 days (the shower was watered horizontally). On nutrition: you won't be hungry, but you don't have to wait for frills. Kefir in the evening was very useful. We went to the store for fruits. The child was missing. The library seems to be there, if you find someone there. There were no games with children or adults at all. Maybe these days, but I think that's the way it is here

Responsive staff, lots of procedures, good nutrition. Minuses:there are a lot of noisy children, more than adults, a lot of overlaps in catering, lack of entertainment and leisure, medical procedures are poorly organized. The medical staff does everything manually in some huge books, there are no computers, queues are formed, procedure overlays. There is a huge amount of filling out paper documents manually at the settlement. I feel like I've returned to the last century. Very tired rooms with old furniture, TV, not cozy, mattresses, blankets and pillows with an unpleasant smell. I would have returned only because of the procedures.

The service is good, the staff is good, pleasant, they prescribed all the procedures that we can for our age. All doctors are very pleasant and competent. According to the procedures that were prescribed, we sat in line everywhere (which is, in principle, normal for any sanatoriums). I'm resting with a child, a one-room double room is basically normal, if something is broken somewhere, then you can contact the staff, they will do everything-they will fix it without problems. The food is varied (you can choose a menu for a week from the one offered). They give fruits, yoghurts, bifitat. There is a bar open until 23.00. There is a playground for children (open on schedule). Watching cartoons for children, concerts on holidays and more.

We rested and were treated with a friend in August 2022.
A sanatorium of the USSR times, but very cozy, clean and kind of homely, or something, we took a one-room 2-bed room. The room has everything -TV, Wi-Fi, kettle, dishes, refrigerator.
The shower room is shared with the bathroom, quite spacious and very clean.Our room was on the ground floor, the balcony is large, there is a dryer...in general, everything is fine, there is nothing to complain about, everything is clean and it is clear that a lot of attention is being paid to this.
The food was excellent, there was always a large selection on the menu, the food was normal, healthy food-we ate everything and completely.
Procedures: there are a lot of free procedures that were already included in the price of the tour, I did not take paid procedures, I was busy with free ones all day. You can buy additional treatments, days with or without treatment. The main advantage is its own mineral spring. Swimming pool and pump room with magnesium-sodium mineral water. I recommend a cedar barrel, a swimming pool, and a delicious oxygen cocktail. The quality of the procedures and the attitude of the staff is excellent, everyone is friendly and always goes to a meeting.Special thanks to Tatyana V. Karpova, a very competent and attentive doctor!I really liked everything, the rest is wonderful, and no matter what they say, they got into the Soviet department, but for such a ticket price, where everything is included, I give a rating of 5 ...
On the territory, there is a 50-meter swimming pool, a 45-minute session of 4 bel. rub. it is not included in the sanatorium complex, but our pool was enough for us, there is also a 45-minute session.There is a lake surrounded by forest nearby, the view is wonderful... The sanatorium is located in the forest, 2 buildings are connected, there are many vacationers.
A kilometer through the forest, a town with shops begins (we recommend Bobruisk marshmallows, beer, chocolate, traditionally, delicious sausage). There is a bus to the city from the territory of the sanatorium according to the schedule, we often went, walked, got acquainted with Bobruisk.

" Shinnik " For the Christmas holidays and New Year's Eve. Attentive medical staff, there are enough procedures included in the price of the voucher. A variety of paid services. By the way, they are inexpensive. A swimming pool with mineral water. I always take a single room, dishes, hair dryer, refrigerator. Cleaning every day. The food is plentiful. Gorgeous tables on December 31 and continued on January 1. The city bus stop is outside the territories, the interval is 30 minutes. The forest is nearby, spruce and birch, we are walking. We will come next year.

We rented a 2-room, double room. In principle, the room is clean, there is everything you need, a refrigerator, a kettle, dishes, a hairdryer.. Of course, Medel is finished off.. But for that kind of money, it's normal.. The food is like in a normal dining room.. The choice is not big, the portions are too. But it's cooked fine.. One of the advantages of this sanatorium is an excellent swimming pool with mineral water. It's not big, but the water is very salty.. Clean.. There are guns that work great.. Beautiful illumination in the water.. The Kul mass sector is practically not working.. Maybe because it's summer and everyone is on the beach.. The beach is not big, the water is cool because the keys are beating.. But people are swimming. A lot of young people come from the city.. The police are on duty on the beach, which is very good because it keeps young people from drinking near the water. On the downside, there are no elementary tables with a bench. There are only 3 gazebos that are closed by a chain and they are paid even for vacationers of the sanatorium.. This is of course a huge disadvantage. In the evening, there is nowhere to sit except on a bench ..In general, it is normal for a low-cost budget vacation.

I had a rest in June 2023. The first disappointment, the refrigerator in the room does not work! There is a carpet on the floor, the smell in the room is terrible from it, the door to the balcony and the window are constantly open! There is a dampness in the room. The balcony is glazed, room cleaning leaves much to be desired!
Medical services are diverse, excellent medical staff, cultured, patient!
The food in the dining room is varied, the food is delicious, the young waiter (he is 1 there) is polite, cultured, observes sanitary rules when serving vacationers! The bar near the dining room is equipped with the most necessary!
Looking at locally produced chebureks, you can get a fright!
I would like to see a richer assortment of fruits and bakery products, cakes, this is very lacking!
I will return to the sanatorium again, to receive procedures, prices are available, the range of procedures is excellent

A pleasant salary and tips would certainly raise the mood of the staff, the numbers) and therefore procedures where a medical worker is present all the time are uncomfortable - well, many lack innate, natural benevolence, cleanliness for 4 minutes, the kitchen is normal, although without generosity and frills, the basik strains with chlorine, it seems that the water is in it, and he is not in the water, but I would love to go to clean water without evil chemicals... I understand that the pool with min.water is also generously seasoned with this stuff, but this is not accurate ;)

The place is not for the young and not for those who have seen at least something in this life. Thank God we only stopped by for 2 days! Everything SOVIET is in the worst traditions. It's like you're not resting here for your day, but you've come to visit distant relatives who are just waiting for you to leave. The staff is very friendly in some places, but, for example, when we got to see a nurse, in violation of all ethical norms, she commented on a child's cry outside the door: they give birth to sick children, and then they go to treat them 😱 The cleaning manager (cleaner), who did not prepare the room on time, did not hesitate at all to tell us: go out for a walk. This is the ppts, I'm sorry!
The room stock of the "standard" category is such that when we saw it, we just went to the administrator to return the money. I am sure that the pioneer camps in Tuapse are better! Next, the marketing director dealt with us, because they really didn't want to return the money. He took us through different floors, showed us what was nicer. We went out of season, in early October, but why couldn't we settle in "normal" conditions right away for almost 4,000 a day?! Of all the "luxury" two-room apartments, they eventually chose a room for the disabled on the ground floor. It was freshly renovated, one spacious room and a spacious washroom (I can't call it a bathroom, there's a shower - it's just a hose and a hole in the floor). The shelves by the sink are, of course, the cheapest plastic ones. Beds, mattresses, pillows, linen - have nothing to do with the standards of even a 3-star hotel. The category "to survive".
I will also say about the advantages. Honestly, they were: a pool with mineral water, not small, and a charcot shower! All other procedures such as light therapy and some kind of electric shock treatment may be effective through the course and for people who have some kind of disease. For us healthy people, it was just about nothing.
A separate paragraph about NUTRITION 👇🏻I must say right away that there is 1. there is a nutritionist. 2. 5 meals a day. And yet we were hungry all the time!!! Two meals are 1 fruit (pear or orange) and a small baby kefir in a pack. The diet menu includes mayonnaise salads. I don't even remember the taste of it anymore. And I also don't eat meat, so instead of cutlets, I was given 2 times more buckwheat, Disgusting digested in a slurry. You can also write down the recipe for a hot sandwich: a piece of white bread, 1/4 (!) crab sticks on it, pour mayonnaise figuratively and bake. I've never even dreamed of such a thing in my worst dreams. One of the dishes: stewed grated carrots and fried fish. We laughed until we cried! The menu is so meager that you can either eat a vegetable salad, for example, or cottage cheese, which costs 80 kopecks in the store (this is less than 20 Russian rubles). They only gave tess tea in tea bags to drink. We didn 't get 3in1 coffee 🤷🏼♀️ Thank you that at least there is a bar on site, without food, but with coffee, cake and sweet wine (as many as 4 types).
By the end of the first day, I realized why there was a refrigerator in the room! You can put human food from the store there and cool the prosecco to somehow survive this horror!!!
PS 1. There are squeaky bicycles for rent, which can be reached in 15 minutes to a modern supermarket, which even has a cafe. The road is picturesque, through the forest (we drove as Yandex led). It was one of the most pleasant memories.

The sanatorium is so-so, especially when there is something to compare it with. The room is small, scary, in need of repair, the shuflyadki in the bedside table fall off, of the two sconces there is only one light bulb in one, the bathroom is miserable, there is no shower stall, you wash right next to the washbasin on the rug behind the curtain. 2 days in the room is not cleaned, how is it at all? They feed well, there is enough, but I would like to have a 2nd breakfast for the child and they never report teaspoons. The procedures are normal, paid ones are especially good, minus: if you take a water procedure, then the pool is paid 🤷 with manual massage is also a problem, there are not enough "coupons". And it's bad that there is no electronic schedule of procedures, standing in line for an hour - the Internet catches such a thing in the rooms every other time. I would like the playroom to work not from 11 to 13, but at least after lunch. And so there is enough entertainment for children and adults. A good physical therapy instructor, a girl who does an underwater massage shower and a SPA capsule. The territory is small, there is a lake.

I am waiting for an apology from the management of this institution. Why did you send me rules that only half of your staff follows? You show them to your other employees. Otherwise, they probably don't know about their existence. Call me at the number you booked the trip from. Take a look at the materials of your "internal audit" and find my contacts in it. Let's agree, I will come to you so that you can provide me with records of alleged violations on my part (which suddenly appeared after my truthful review), as well as conduct a normal internal audit and find out who engaged in a strange falsification of violations by vacationers of the rules of the sanatorium. Allegedly available last year. You should be interested, because this was clearly done in order to hide the flaws that I pointed out in the review.
According to the sanatorium's response to my review, it is noticeable how "polite" the staff is there. Not only did they provide a poor service, but now, instead of thanking me for objective criticism, they are also spreading false information about me, their former client. Although I have not received a single comment, even verbally. I followed all the rules. I am attaching screenshots of the organization's response, they will suddenly be deleted.
Instead of trying to fix their mistakes, they make up tall tales. And this is a departmental sanatorium... I don't even know whether to cry or laugh here.

The sanatorium has slipped a lot. The rest is ruined. I have been here many times, there is something to compare it with. I used to really like it here, I recommended it to everyone, so I also persuaded a relative to go together. He's disappointed too.
Good food, beautiful nature. That's where the advantages end.
Many vacationers said that they would not return to this sanatorium anymore. They were outraged by the boorish behavior of half of the medical staff, including the management.
The nurse in the paraffin therapy room left a good impression.
Many procedures have become paid. I got to one prepaid card only on the third attempt, because the nurses forgot that I was signed up. After another one, they asked me to pay extra, they said that the price had gone up, but they didn't have time to fix it in the price list. I wanted to go to the third one, but there were always people sitting in line for an hour and a half (although they came by appointment), brawling and demanding a refund.
I either did not get to the procedures for which I went, or only for half of the course. Because of the technical problems in the sanatorium.
Hot water interruptions. Bed linen and towels were not changed. Broken door handles, dripping faucets. The whole room was covered in cobwebs, they cleaned it anyway, at the end of the tour, the room stopped being cleaned at all. Although the rooms were carefully cleaned before.
I didn't go to the pool with mineral water, I didn't take any chances. In front of me, the medical staff discussed that it was dirty, and they were afraid that the sanitary station would fine them again. The last time I came, this pool was in terrible condition. I hoped that I had changed for the better.
