Dear heads of the Shinnik sanatorium, I ask you to take measures to ensure compliance with the internal regulations in order to avoid conflict situations, namely: 2 consecutive evenings: 10.-11.03.22 my husband and I cannot spend the evening in peace due to the fact that children left unattended by their parents run and scream loudly, especially a girl living with her mother in room 221. In response to a request to take the child to the room, the woman refused and insulted me in every possible way. I had to invite the receptionist and the security guard. Their requests to take the child to the room or be with him in the hallway were also ignored. I ask you to take measures for the rest and treatment of all vacationers, elderly people and children suffering from many diseases and who came here in the hope of improving their health! I had a rest in a sanatorium this year. The ticket was purchased for 10 days. The mistake I made with the dates when I arrived before Christmas. I slept off for a couple of days because of the weekend in the medical offices of the sanatorium. But after the end of the holidays, everyone was actively involved in the work.
I chose a single room and the payment was at full cost. I have a lot of complaints about the number. There were no light bulbs in the fixtures. Of the two lamps, with three bulbs, there was only one working lamp, which I unscrewed and put in another lamp)) The dishes provided for use were dirty, I washed them myself, because I will remind you once again that the staff was absent for the holidays, and in the evening I wanted to have a snack and drink hot tea.The linen that was put on the bed turned out to be in holes. There was no shade on the lamp in the shower-toilet. The toilet paper that was left to me is the cheapest and not a high-quality personal care item, because for a woman, the sterility of the material she uses is important, and I won't even buy such paper for my grandmother. It's incredibly cold in the room!!! The presence of a second blanket did not save me, and in order not to get sick at all, after lunch I began to go out into the city or go for walks, hoping for movement and blood circulation in the body. A natural source of warmth for my chilled body. Why I am so outraged by the room, the reason is clear, its full cost. Paying the full price for the room, the guest probably expects a completely different level of comfort. Alas, this level has become a complete disappointment for me.
I had the pleasure of being serviced by qualified specialists in the medical part of the sanatorium. The only thing that put me in a stupor was the duration of the massage. It is equal to 12 minutes! Who in their right mind would believe that 12 minutes can really help. Especially when the number of times calculated on the ticket is not just small, but scanty. Which as a result led me to purchase all possible additional procedures. Generally speaking, objectively speaking, if you expect full-fledged medical care and relaxation, take the money in any case. Otherwise, you will have the impression that something was not given to you or something was clearly not enough))
What's on the menu in the dining room, you won't be able to lose weight) The food is good, but in cases or if I am an athlete and I have intense workouts, or I am a grandmother who does not care about her form, and most importantly, to eat well, the time of eating is wrong. An early rise is provided for you, because the end of the breakfast is 8.30 am, after 13.30 lunch is served there almost every 2 hours. I don't have any words about the Bar at all. I do not understand why in a bar at a health resort to sell "flour" or "Canned peas", when it would really be good to have a stock of fermented milk and dairy products, and not three pieces of cheese for a four-chamber refrigerator. And healthy snacks, different waters and juices, not a bunch of cheap salt water and far from cheap, but a diverse range of alcohol.
But what I put 5 for is the staff. Most of the employees of this institution work responsibly and not indifferently. This probably smoothed out a lot of unpleasant moments regarding the declared level of the Shinnik Sanatorium.
Thanks to Alexander Begunov (head of the marketing bureau), who was still able to find a place for me for an unhappy 10 days, and Elena Burakova (a massage therapist who worked with my difficult case). Excellent location - clean park, lake. The city is a 20-minute walk along a wide path. You can take a bus (runs every 30 minutes) directly from the territory of 55 kopecks travel. 5-6 procedures are enough, in 10 days you will not have time to go through. We bought a pool with mineral water ( leather then mmmm uuh ) and a sauna. They fell in love with the pool. Meal... Well, you won't be hungry- steamed cutlets, meatballs, delicious soups, fresh salads. There was not enough salt, pepper, but this is a healthy diet and there is always plenty of mustard! They bought dried sausage and filled the receptors with delicious, everything they needed in supermarkets. A nice bar with lots of drinks and pastries. The prices are not restaurant prices. Ice cream with different fillers. Of the procedures, I liked acupuncture and warming up with light, azakerite (I don't know how to do it correctly) the massage is cool. Pine baths on a cool autumn day are a fairy tale. I wanted to fill up the staff with chocolates, smiles, politeness, I couldn't even believe that everything was included and already included in the package. The maid is very diligent.Lake chit is a pity we got in September at the end . There was a place for barbecue. The room is two-room, spacious, clean carpet. The smell is pleasant .View of the park from the room . parking for the car seemed to be free, although someone paid inexpensively. We didn't get into the big pool (I don't have a hat). I didn't want to beg.180 rubles for our session. I will advise my friends.We had a great time. We even danced. Concerts are fun too.We stopped by at 10 pm and the ticket was only from 12 at night, no one was outraged. When leaving, they gave an afternoon snack with them (fruits, milk, kefir, waffles), money was changed in the Crown - a large supermarket (at the entrance there is a cafe with delicious beer and fried crackers with sauce, ice cream) that's where you can eat to taste. Walk there for 30 minutes.The room has a comfortable sofa and two armchairs in one room, a bed with good linen (2 spare in the closet) and a mattress in the other. Svetlana at the time of booking (great greetings) everything was painted by a clever and beautiful woman. I'm glad I met you in person. The ticket was ordered on the shinnik's official website and was not overpaid (there were others). There are many Russians . There's a fairy tale here in summer. It is quiet both in the room and in the corridors. The plumbing is clean. The water doesn't smell like bleach. There was an electric kettle, a set and cutlery in our room. September 2019 from 18-28 . We are planning to return in the summer!

We rested in the sanatorium for the first time. Impressions + - .The room was actually wonderful: It is a 2-room, air-conditioned room with a refrigerator, BUT the upholstered furniture is so soaked in sweat that it is not pleasant to rest on it. It is clear that the furniture is old, that the sofa is not easy to clean, but you can also replace the covers. The medical staff is friendly. I would especially like to thank the nurse phys.thank Belyaev Olga Alexandrovna for her highly professional attitude to her work and attentive, respectful attitude towards vacationers. But they did not get into the salt room for 12 days, although it was very important. The food was good and tasty. The canteen staff are attentive and polite.

There are no complaints about the medical staff, they are all smart, but they simply do not have time with so many people, and the management does not want to recruit medical staff, they believe that they will get out of it. They take people from the city to treat, but there is no time for people who buy vouchers.We did not get to most of the procedures, we were tired of standing in queues. As soon as we decided to return the ticket, the head doctor immediately scheduled the time and even said she would release the procedures, but we no longer had the desire to stay there. I will not recommend this sanatorium to anyone.

We had a rest in June 2021. A children's camp has been operating in the sanatorium for the second year, occupying two floors of one of the buildings. We only found out about this upon arrival. Our room was a 2-room suite. The advantages of the room are air conditioning (useful in the heat), interactive TV, good wi-fi. Cons - the shower cabin leaked, the blinds on the windows are broken, the upholstery of upholstered furniture is spreading in places, in general, repairs are required. The cleaning is also not too good: they found someone else's toy under the bed, and from the edge, while disassembling the sofa, they found garbage inside. In the dining room, one of the seats assigned to us was occupied. Because of this, there was an incident with the waiters crossing out the ordered menu and accusing us of rearranging the chairs (they are numbered), although the initiative came from the dietitian. The conflict was resolved by transferring us to another table, but the sediment remained. The food, by the way, was quite varied and tasty. The sanatorium has a good pool with mineral water, but small. But there were two sessions per day for vacationers, the rest of the time there were children from the camp. Therefore, sometimes there were more people than there should be. The procedures are quite diverse, but many work every other day. Thanks to the medical staff, as always. But then again, I didn't get a massage. The massage therapist got sick (sometimes), and no one bothered to transfer or replace the procedure. I found out about it when I came for a massage (in the middle of my arrival), when I couldn't replace it, because the whole time was already scheduled. In return, I received 4 visits to the pool for free (not included in the ticket price), but I needed a massage. I also got into acupuncture. 4 treatments are free of charge, 3 more for an additional fee. Thanks to the doctor, it really helped me. My back is feeling better. The territory of the sanatorium is not very large, but well maintained. There is a large Olympic-size swimming pool nearby, you can go for a small fee. There is also a small lake with a sandy beach nearby. There are a lot of vacationers from Bobruisk on weekends. We liked Bobruisk itself, we were here for the second time. But we arrived by car, so it was convenient for us to move around. And so there is a bus going to the city. We are always positive about our holidays, we try not to pay attention to some things. But this time there were a lot of different inconsistencies. Therefore, we will not return to this sanatorium. But maybe someone did better. Yes, and the cost of this sanatorium is very inexpensive.

After paying two months before arrival, it turned out that there was no reservation ... they checked into the room, literally 10 minutes later, sorry, this room was booked, transferred to another one. This is only the first impression... then the check-in... the senior honey. The sisters are only barn books where records are kept, no computer!!! I just have something to compare it with... I had a rest last year at the BUG sanatorium (Brest region).after visiting the therapist, I was given a printout of the time schedule with all the procedures, and here, you have to run through the rooms yourself and make an appointment, and also ... I have a check-in from November 13 to 26, and they tell me that the near future for recording a massage is 23 and the package includes 6 procedures, and how should I get them??? The food is disgusting. The coil in the toilet is cold, the battery in the room is unavailable... it's elementary to dry a swimsuit or towel.., it turns out you need to drain a lot of hot water so that it warms up a little.... It lasts for 20-30 minutes and drain the water again.

The kitchen is wonderful! The only thing I would like is to introduce a caregiver unit, because if you come with a child, you have to take him with you through all the procedures.
