A colossal tower, probably used to be a water tower. It's not in bad condition, the metal is thick. But it requires repair and restoration. You can make an observation deck and guide tourists.

The tower is almost dismantled. The former water tower. Perhaps tourists are confused with the tower in Bukhara. There's basically nothing to look at.
