It's a great place. We took the romantic premium program, we were just delighted! Friendly and friendly staff in the cafe, at the reception, in the pool, all issues were resolved very quickly. Special thanks for the spa treatments, after the massage, scrubbing and wrapping you feel like after a week's rest. Good breakfasts are included in the price and a great romantic dinner according to the program! Even in the cafe they congratulated me on my birthday with a piece of cake with a candle, it was nice! The rooms are clean. The territory is well-groomed, there is a place to walk: you can climb a hill, walk along the ecotrope and sit near a small pond.

I visited Silichi twice. For the first time in winter (I went skiing). The second time in the summer (aquazone, trolley track and go-karting). I liked everything. Friendly staff, reasonable prices and great opportunities for any type of holiday. Everything is at a decent level!

We stayed in the complex for five days. The trails, equipment, and instructors are excellent. The rooms are warm and cozy. There is a knock on the door at 10.00 with the question whether cleaning is needed. Silichi Restaurant. The service leaves much to be desired. The staff is not friendly. They may not even say hello. The breakfasts are the same. Washes, pancakes, casserole or porridge. To choose from. Both are not allowed. Coffee is one cup per room. To dress up for the second one, pay separately. The main menu is sparse. We had dinner in a cafe for equipment delivery. The barbecue was the day before yesterday. Just warmed up. They overloaded it so that it probably wouldn't disappear. They didn't even warn me that the barbecue is already a day old for sure. Self-service when there are waiters. Downstairs, you order yourself, pick up the drinks and only the hot ones will be brought to you. At this moment, the waiters are sitting under the stairs and talking to each other. The massage will not be successful.!Skiing will make you feel better. We wanted to go to the sauna. The service is 250 Belarusian rubles. The employee refused. They offered just a sauna for 140 Belarusian rubles. As for me, it is very expensive . Just sit down and steam yourself. So before choosing this place to relax, think. Coming for a ride and leaving is the best option 👍

This is probably the most ambiguous and contradictory place I've been to.
Why, read in more detail:
The pros : beautiful nature, eco-trails, the lift works even in summer (on weekends), delicious food at the hotel, excellent stylish rooms, fresh beautiful repairs, competent transitions between buildings and thoughtful entrances to rooms for winter, excellent aqua zone. On the 3rd floor there is a very bright, cozy and interesting children's playground with a pleasant tutor.
Relaxation? Almost. When everything is so good, there must be a catch:
Even if you take 2 weeks of accommodation, apart from accommodation + food, nothing is included. There is a surcharge for everything.
And what is included, a kettle and bathrobes, you must not only ask at the reception, but also prove that you need them ("there is a cooler, why a kettle?")
But these are flowers compared to other moments.
Going to lunch, you expect a new trick. Of the two shifts, there were only 2 people who know how to smile at visitors and talk politely. Arguing and complaining, making them wait to come up for an order for 20 minutes is generally the standard set of your lunch. And if you also want coffee (for a fee), then ordering the 2nd mug causes indignation from the bartender "how else???"
Everything was fine with cleaning, except for the moment that I put them on the floor to replace the towels (as is customary in hotels). They returned them to my bed. Passing by the rooms where cleaning is going on, go faster, otherwise you will hear all the indignation "which guests got dirty and how uncomfortable they left their shoes"
Locker keys don't work well in the aqua zone. It can take 10 minutes to resolve the issue calmly, but at the same time you will not forget to remind you what time it is necessary to leave the territory.
The general impression is that I got into the Soviet film "Deja Vu". You want to pay, but you have the whole look, the intonation "it's not supposed to", "the bourgeois have arrived here, too." Bottom line: the concept of service does not exist, everything must be through suffering. "we arrived, we paid, goodbye." There is not even a concept that a client can return, bring other clients. But I don't want to come back here

We skated on February 15, 25. Day skiing. The tracks are an outrage!!! not rolled up- bumps and bumps. There is ice in the middle of the tracks! When getting off the lift-ice!! The snowboard park is closed, and the Lesnaya highway is closed. There weren't enough helmets at the box office, and there weren't enough sticks either. We went to Silichi, and here are the impressions that remained as a result:
- We went skiing with a coach. Everything is fine, as is the coach herself (Yana). She showed me everything, told me, and in practice everything was fine too. But most importantly, she showed how to fall so as not to fall head over heels down the hill))))) This is important to remember, especially for a beginner)))))
Then we went tubing (inflatable circle 🔵 to go down the slide sitting))))
Everything is also fine and fun, the truth is, at first I had to help myself to scrape with my feet to get down))))
But that didn't stop us from having fun))))
There is only one small disadvantage, this is the treatment and attitude towards the visitor. When you roll down the slide, you throw the tubing (inflatable circle) under the net so that other visitors of this entertainment can also ride.
And so that you don't have such a moment that you are "asked" in a raised tone to throw a tubing under the grid. As they say: A person can leave the village, but the village will never leave a person. This is exactly about the habalistic attitude towards other visitors.
We rented a house, everything seems nice, cozy, and it does not fall apart at the first check-in))))
But there are a few nuances:
- Cleaning, the house has been cleaned from the larger one. But there are also cobwebs in some places. Dust, as well as sawdust on the top shelf for hats.
To these places, cleaning is simply apparently lacking, or there is simply a shortage of staff. But the sediment generally remains after you take your thing, and it is dirty and in some "scraps".
Air conditioning is a separate story)))) The mode can be selected, but it works according to the mood)))) Only the windmill, and he didn't care about the chosen temperature. Either you tune in to the mode of operation of the battery, or you don't use it at all. But these are technical nuances))))

We rested in Silichi 2 times (in spring and summer) according to the "Relax" program in a 2-level room. The room is clean, snow-white linen, towels and bathrobes; cleaning every day. We were greeted everywhere in a friendly way: at the reception, at the restaurant, at the spa. The website describes in detail what is included in this program, the food of your choice: you can have a diet, or you can have a classic one. The spa center really liked the relaxation massage:
all the guys are trying, but Dmitry has a special respect. It is designed more for family holidays, there is not much entertainment: a trolley track,
a lake with a beach and fishing, bicycles for rent, go-karts. If you arrived by car, then the Khatyn Memorial Complex is within 30 km, you can also go to Minsk. I recommend.

I do not know who gives this holiday five stars and for what, but I will tell you my situation with this resort. My husband and I were there last year, in principle, we were satisfied with everything, not counting the little things, namely, we were not satisfied with the food at that time, we took Wellness meals, and two days out of four we decided to say that we were not satisfied with it, and how surprised the staff was that we were silent AFTER all, it could have been changed, BUT the waiters did not tell us that. Okay, we decided to give the Silichs a second chance this year. You know, don't repeat our mistakes. This year we also chose the most expensive type of accommodation (cottage), we chose it because it was the only place to live with a dog, and as a result, our room was not closed! I won't say anything, the next day we were moved into another room, but a day later, new people were moved into the room from which we left. In a conversation with them, they told us that the door did not close either! How so? For that kind of money, you can't make a door and populate other people? Well, let it remain on the conscience of this organization. Then there was just the beauty of nutrition. Compared to last year, the quality of food has significantly DETERIORATED. My husband and I ate heartburn pills after every meal, my stomach just hurt like a nightmare. This is not counting the behavior of the waitresses themselves. Rolling of the eyes and cawing.The only moment that last year, that this year it's a good-natured man at the bar, thank you very much! I put a three for: a soft bed, a great new spa center, and a kind person at the bar!

A very interesting and pleasant place near Minsk. The son was on vacation with his grandparents. Lots of all kinds of entertainment. A swimming pool, many saunas and other spa facilities, go-karting, a delicious restaurant, a hiking trail with various surfaces, a very long zip line in the forest. The ski lift was working. In general, it's great in summer. We need to try a winter vacation. The ski trail is simple, but long. I recommend.

The only question that is not clear, when booking they said that 100% prepayment, they sent an invoice for payment in which it says "economy room with breakfast is booked ...the cost is 221BYN... additionally, upon check-in, payment of a service fee of 3%" there is also a clause in the offer agreement that says "the cost of services under this agreement is indicated in but during the check-in, I was told that I had paid for only one night, and I had to pay for the second one additionally, although the figure of 400-odd rubles does not appear anywhere. I did not refuse and look for another place, it was very inconvenient and would violate all plans.

In the evening we came to the restaurant, I honestly did not look at the receipt, because I was not sober).
But, the next day, coming to this institution 20 minutes before eviction, they ordered everything with their wife and asked us to immediately calculate us.
Of course, nothing was indicated in the receipt about -15%, maybe it should be so.
The sediment of course remained.
Minus the cafe (it's hard to call a restaurant),opening hours, until 22.00
I left a good tip, but I'm unlikely to go again.

I was also allowed to pour tea two or more times, because it is publicly available, she also said that she would have to pay for the second mug.Usually in hotels they even put tea bags in the rooms, but they don't even put water here, it's good to have a cooler.

We stayed here for 3 nights, we were satisfied with everything - the health trail, the barefoot trail, and the entertainment that is possible outdoors - trolls, basketball, lawn tennis, bicycle rental.
The food was taken according to the menu, everything is fine.
We rented a wood-burning bathhouse - beyond praise.
The nature and the smell of the mixed forest left pleasant impressions and will be remembered for a long time.
It is definitely possible to recommend Silichi for recreation in the summer season, to relax both soul and body, find peace, and return to the hustle and bustle of the city with renewed vigor.

One of the only ski resorts in Belarus. The educational slope, it seems to me, is too steep, we need a more gentle one. And so, in general, the mulled wine is tastier and the portion is larger at the bottom, near the foothills, at the end of route #3.
