We always used to visit the spa, everything was great. Now, with the new sanpin standards, the water in the Jacuzzi and pool has become very cold. I became very uncomfortable.

Poor restaurant service .
The dates of the event are known in advance, the rooms are fully loaded, during the May holidays.
Past those who live, those who participate in the event come to eat.
Two waiters can't cope, for such dates it would be cool to do more with the staff.
The rooms are wonderful, the sound insulation is good.
At night in the corridor it would be good to make the illumination of the room plates, the light in the corridor is turned off, it is very easy to go past your door.

We had a rest in February, we really enjoyed it. The staff is friendly, the rooms are cozy and clean, the breakfasts in the restaurant are hearty. We were lucky with the weather, the impressions are the best, we will come back again.

A good complex with good trails, taking into account, of course, that this is Belarus, not the Alps. Otherwise, everything is on the level, there is where and what to eat, from cafes to restaurants, housing of different levels, spa, entertainment and more. You can have a nice rest!

The nephew's birthday was celebrated (4 adults and 6 "bandits").
Gazebo No. 1.
From the maaaaalenky minus - the gazebo is covered, but cold. 220v is. Take a "Breeze" type heater with you (We will do this next time) and you will be Happy (and warm).

It's a beautiful place. We had a 5-plus vacation in the summer. There is a sauna, spa treatments, a cable car. We were lucky with the weather, we managed to sunbathe and swim in the pond. Excellent food, we took three meals a day. Delicious coffee. Comfortable rooms. Nature is peaceful. Thanks to the hotel staff for an unforgettable stay!

Everything is fine except cleaning the room, they touch and rearrange your things, they threw out what they didn't need, without permission, this is some kind of nightmare, my daughter collects candy wrappers, so they bought it, lay on the shelf, and threw it out today, one copy was🙅♀️

We rested with our family 2 times and faced the same problem twice, we booked a Family house and fought with ants each time, while the staff reacted indifferently to our indignation, no one was in a hurry to poison the ant, no discounts or bonuses for the inconvenience were offered! A good option for a budget vacation and skiing and snowboarding (in winter). Good trails for different levels of training. The complex offers ski, snowboard and equipment rental. One of the disadvantages is that it is inconvenient to get by public transport, minibuses run very rarely.

The resort is not ready for a large number of people. We arrived for several days in a row, the waiting time for registration is several hours. One person registers. There is not enough equipment. Everything used to be fine, but when there is snow and high demand, it is probably not worth counting on their equipment, it is better to go with your own. Similar queues then on the lift. Your losses are when a large number of guests are forced to leave and spoil their weekend while waiting. The fact that the equipment is running out should also be reported loudly. People stand in line, unaware of what they have been waiting for for hours.

We went for a ride with friends at the end of February 2024.
1. Accessibility. It takes 40 minutes by car from Minsk, not bad.
2. Prices. Ski pass, rental, instructors, drinks and food are cheaper than in Russia and Sochi resorts.
3. Slopes. 3 slopes from 800 to 1000 meters long, quite good in slopes and rollouts. There is a ski park.
4. On-site cafe. The prices are not expensive, the range of dishes and the quality is excellent.

Hello, I bought certificates, it says you can use them on a day off, it turns out that on Saturday after 22.00 they do not have a day off, I had to buy new tickets. There is ice on the tracks, God forbid you fall there. It takes an hour and a half to queue, everything is slow, they cannot improve the equipment delivery system based on the flow of people! It is disappointing that the certificates cannot be returned.
