The highlight and advantage of this hotel (despite the room level, decoration and museum exhibits in the lobby) are the staff. This hotel is the first on my list. The staff shows kindness and care to every customer, regardless of your appearance, as they do in some hotels. I will not reveal all the pleasant surprises from the hotel because you will not get such positive emotions from staying in it. The hotel itself is designed in a museum style. Visiting the Silk Road Tourist Information Center in Samarkand during the spring festival turned out to be an amazing and exciting experience! I was amazed by the beauty and diversity of the architecture, even though this complex is a novelty.
At the Silk Road Information Center, I received extensive information about the history of Samarkand, its importance on the Great Silk Road and its important cultural achievements. The staff of the center were very friendly and hospitable, ready to help with any questions and provide all the necessary information to explore the city.
An additional bonus of visiting the center during the spring festival was the opportunity to see festive parades, bright national costumes and the cheerful atmosphere of the city streets. It was a real feast for the eyes and soul!
I am very grateful to the Silk Road Tourist Information Center for such a wonderful introduction to the culture and history of Samarkand. The next time I return to this amazing city, I will definitely visit this center again and recommend it to all my friends and acquaintances!

Great hotel , vacationed with my mother at the end of May. The hotel is clean, it is very convenient to get to the center, the food in the restaurant is very tasty, special thanks to Stanislav the waiter, a very good boy advised where you can go and what to see. I've never seen such a place anywhere else! My family and I came to take a walk and see what the Silk Road Samarkand is like. We arrived on March 10. 6 adults and 4 children. They nailed it somewhere at eight o'clock in the evening, and the fountains were opened somewhere at 21:00. From the recreation area to the fountains go about 30min. Therefore, I recommend coming first to the recreation area, later to get to the fantans. As we entered, everyone was immediately delighted with this beauty 😍 Entrance is free, as not 🤔 At the entrance there is a bridge, under the bridge there is a water storage, where there are boats, boats 🚣 but the price is exceeded, 50 thousand sums (500r / person) for 15min. Since there were a lot of us, it was not profitable. Then, as we went inside, where there is a big attraction for children, we entertained the children a little, took a walk in the park and made our way to the fantans. At first we decided to walk to Fantanov, but later we decided to go by bike. A bicycle for 6 people. We took off 2 bicycles to make it more fun. For 2 bicycles they gave 50t.sums (500r) and went to the fantans. There are houses with food next to the fountains, but more on that later. Then I was so pleased and delighted that I was speechless from what I saw. Of course, I saw singing fountains on TV somewhere in Dubai, but I could not think that I would see such a thing in Samarkand. We were all very satisfied and happy. Everyone danced by the fountain, even the children had a lot of fun. The songs also correspond, old, national 😍😍😍 The only minus is the food 🤦🏻♀️ 7-10 cafes with the same food 😂 Burger, shawarma, hot dog that's all. I really hope that there will be a variety of food. I wanted to order soups for the kids, then something harmful.

Салам алейкум! Всём рекомендую открыть для себя этот прекрасный город Самарканд, что находится в Узбекистане! С потрясающей красоты архитектуры, жемчужина аостока.. Специально для нас построили туристический комплекс, с потрясющими отелями, с медицинским направлением как санаторий. Есть отели где просто можно хорошо отдохнуть. Самое главное восточное гостеприимство, Наивкуснейшая еда, отличное обслуживание 5*+

Великолепное место, советую всем посетить его. Здесь находится город мастеров где можно сделать увидеть изготовление бумаги из тутовника, поучаствовать в мастер классе. А так же гончары из Гиждувана с прекрасной керамикой. Тоже есть мастер класс. Бухарские ножи, увидеть весь процесс изготовления и приобрести понравившиеся изделия. В целом место очень красивое, колоритное, по вечерам здесь проходят шоу

Обслуживание умнички, приятный персонал, крутое СПА (балийский массаж и все дела) 🌸🌸🌸🌸

Ряд гостинниц. 5 звёзд . Говорят , что в Самарканд все красиво. Однако, самая красота - это в номере. Сел после долгой дороге в туалет, а стульчак теплый и отовсюду продувает. Вот это красота. Аж,и вставать не охота. И так в каждом номере)

Хорошее место больше для фотосессий. Ландшафт поражает. Единственное что разочаровывает - это цена. Если хотите приобрести сувениры или подарки, то должны тратить солидную сумму.
