Yesterday, my family and I went to the Cheburashka movie at 19:20, which was in the 4th hall. The room was clean and cozy, which created a pleasant atmosphere for relaxing and immersing yourself in the movie. I really liked the friendly and attentive staff, as I realized that there are young guys working in the cinema who are ready to help and answer any questions, for which I thank them very much. The quality of the film was also pleasantly surprised - the excellent picture and clear, rich sound made watching very comfortable and interesting. The overall impression of the visit remained extremely positive. Overall, it was a great experience, and I can confidently recommend this cinema to all fans of high-quality movies and pleasant service. I will definitely come back here again!

I was especially pleased to note the very friendly and courteous staff, who are always ready to help and answer any questions. The service fully meets the highest standards, creating a cozy and pleasant atmosphere for visitors. The movie was watched at the highest level - the picture and sound are excellent, they created a real cinematic pleasure. Separately, I would like to note that the free parking system functions smoothly. Initially, I didn't quite understand how to use the free parking and turned to the cinema staff. The receptionist told me in detail, which greatly simplified the process. Overall, this visit left only positive emotions, and I can confidently recommend this cinema to all fans of good movies and a comfortable stay. I will definitely come again!🧡

The hall, the chairs, the atmosphere itself are all perfect, but buying tickets is somehow a quest, especially if movies intersect in other halls, there are long queues. Is it really impossible to make a separate ticket office for those who just want to buy tickets, as it is everywhere!!!!! And here it's just terrible.... You stand in line for 20 minutes, and while you're standing, they can buy seats from other ticket offices that you just thought about buying.

I liked the cool cinema, the hall2, the chairs were comfortable, the toilet was beautiful, - minus one star the session at 20.40 was not cleaned during the last session, some three people left plastic bottles from the cola, fortunately the session was not crowded, but if someone had come to these places, they would not have been pleased. It is necessary that after each session someone runs through the rows and cleans up the trash behind the ill-mannered visitors. Otherwise, the picture and sound are fine, and parking is free for the duration of the movie.

We went to the cinema on January 1 for Avatar. We were in this cinema for the first time. It is very hot in the shopping center and in the cinema itself, while there is no dressing room, there are only small security cameras for 10 cells, of which 2 are not working. Moreover, the size of this cell is such that two fur coats will not fit. I have to go to the gym in my outerwear. It's -16 outside for a minute, so all people come warmly dressed. It's so hot in the gym that it's time to strip down to a T-shirt. Accordingly, if you don't have an empty chair next to you, you'll have to sit and sweat. The mood is ruined. There are no stickers with the row number on the steps in the hall, so I had to feel my way in the dark. The staff is not interested in commenting on anything or helping in any way. All the staff who worked that day were guards. There were huge queues at the checkout, and it took a long time for customers to leave. In general, only negative impressions. I highly do not recommend it.

You can purchase a ticket both online and at the cinema box office. You can eat before the show or after, the choice is yours. Nice food court on the way. You can also take something with you while watching, and the cinema can even offer you ice cream. We usually go here.

Sometimes it takes more time than searching and buying tickets. And what you will eat during the session. I always take seats at the end of the hall in double places. For me, they are the most comfortable and spacious. And for couples, that's the thing. Of course, I would like the films that you are playing to be shown in full screen mode, otherwise you would go to a movie with a Hand and unfortunately the film was "not stretched" in full screen mode. Well, for me, there are too many ads before you start watching. Okay, more movies, but the usual advertising that gets everyone everywhere is a little frustrating.
