Today, 05/10/2026 we visited a store, we wanted to buy baby pants, but the right size was on the mannequin. There was not a single consultant in the trading floor for about 10 minutes. After waiting, they contacted the cashier at about 2:30 p.m. with a request to help remove the product from the mannequin. The girl at the checkout replied that there were no consultants at the moment. They also asked for a book of comments and suggestions, to which they received the answer that they did not. As a result, the consultants did not appear in the hall. We are very disappointed with the quality of service and the lack of staff in the sales area.
