The analog channels lost sound on both TVs. We called them, told them about the problem, and they answered us to watch the TV settings... or pay us 11 rubles. we will come... They sent it shorter. Digital channels come with sound, but the broadcast quality on some of them is such that it is impossible to watch. The answer to all problems is the same: either you have a bad cable, or you have problems, or something else. The company has no problems! The quality of services is Poor!!!
